Old Settlers Dental - Round Rock Dentist

I am truly phobic about the dentist. Anxiety, tears, raised pulse, it's terrible. But Dr. Zavala and his staff are fantastic. He and his team have been completely considerate, patient, and calm every time. They have been supportive and very helpful to me. I highly recommend their care and services.

Dental cleanings have always been something I had anxiety over because of past bad experiences but Jennifer at OSD put my fears to rest. She is calm and gentle with your teeth, especially if they are super sensitive. Dr. Z is also very nice and makes sure you understand the procedure. The front staff-end staff are always friendly and welcoming. My whole family goes to OSD now and we highly recommend them.

I have been taking my entire family to see Dr. Zavala for almost 7 years. We always have a great experience. The entire staff is amazing with my small children and when we come in they always greet us like family. I have had cosmetic work done and I truly love the results.

My husband and I have been to this office for a few years and we've been treated very well -- for routine cleaning as well as fillings. We brought our daughters to this office (switching from a pediatric office) and it went so well! I feel that they're getting good dental care, not just a quick tooth brushing and toys (though there were toys and new toothbrushes after the visit!). I had been afraid of dentists for a long time before I came here -- that fear is now gone thanks to the staff's wonderful attitudes and careful approach. Thanks!

I am ALWAYS pleased with my treatment at Old Setters Dental, specifically Dr Zavala and his staff. I have had problems with some very extensive dental work I have had done in the past and Dr Zavala is who I wish I had known my entire life. I recommend him highly. Most recently I had a thorough cleaning and was very pleased with the care and new recommendation received for maintaining my gums and teeth.

Clean, professional no pressure office with friendly staff. Our appointments are always on time!! We love our hygienist, Jennifer, who was wonderful with my VERY hesitant 9 year old (he hasn't been to the dentist in over 2 years because he was so afraid). Dr. Zavala is kind and is very knowledgable. I highly recommend Old Settler's Dental!

Great dental office! All of the staff here are very friendly and professional. Dr. Zavala is great and took the time to chat with me about any dental issues or concerns I was having before getting started. Both he and the hygienist took the time to explain to me what they were going to do before they did it. And then they checked in with me a lot throughout the exam/cleaning process to make sure I was ok with everything as it was happening. If you want a distraction, they have a ceiling mounted TV you can watch/listen to while they work and the chairs have a relaxing massage feature.

They're prompt with getting you checked in and back into a chair as scheduled. My appointment began on time and took exactly 1 hour - much better than some other dental groups I have been to in RR in the past. I will be back and would highly recommend to others!

Delightful dentistry. The staff members were all incredibly patient with my scheduling challenges. At the visit Cheri and Dr Zavala were very kind and genuine. The office setting is immaculate, warm and tasteful. Options and costs were clearly outlined, with an emphasis on my freedom of choice. The equipment and technical expertise were “state of the art.” The morning was relaxing and pleasant. Directions during the procedure were wonderfully reassuring, and guidelines for follow up were clear and perfect. So very grateful for Old Settlers Dental.

They are quick and thorough! Everyone working here is amazingly nice. When i first called, the lady i talked to was so nice that i stopped calling other places because i knew this was my dentist! They have an awesome deal for first time patients with no insurance as well. They have the top of the line technology and do everything they can to make you comfortable. There is a flat screen TV in every room and you can watch anything you want while they work and it does relax/distract you. I couldn't ask for a better Dentist i only wish i would have found them sooner. I have already recommended my friends and family. A+++

I do not mind going to the dentist at all. I have been a patient for over 5 years. From the receptionists to the dental hygienist to Dr Zavala- I never have to wait more than 5 minutes- I am treated with respect and everyone is so courteous and professional. My teeth are well cared for. I highly recommend Old Settlers Dental!!!
