Everything but the work of the dental hygienist was quite unsatisfactory. I saw an ad in a local paper for new patients at an introductory price of $91. I stopped by the office, told them I was a new patient and wanted to take advantage of the $91 "new patient" pricing. I made an appointment for a week later and got there early to fill out the new patient forms. They asked for my ID and insurance information, I assumed this was normal to complete my file. To my great surprise they charged me $204 for the visit and put it on my insurance. I explained I was a new patient, they didn't care. I later called the billing department who gave me the same answer in a very rude manner. Zero customer service and rude to boot. Go elsewhere...I know I will.

Just left the office and couldn't be happier with the staff or Dr. Zavala! I've been a patient for over 5 years now and have needed a lot of extensive work done. Each time they explain what's needed, what will happen and let you know what to expect, so you're never left guessing. The Dr. and his assistant will ask several times through out the procedure if you are doing ok and that makes me feel cared for. They will also try and help you connect with a credit card company if you need help paying. Highly recommend!
