Dentist lies had dental work done and said insurance will cover most of procedure I only needed to pay 220.00 out of pocket expense. Low and behold send me a bill for almost $314.00 Steer clear of this place. It's also dirty and is not cleaned very well. They are located in decent area to hide the fact they use crooked business tactics.

I called basically in tears because I was in so much pain I am actually from Florida and was in Big Lake Texas visiting this location was the closest to me I called they were willing to wait until I got there even stayed a little late after hours to help me the front desk Personnel was extremely Pleasant and informative everybody was wonderful in the back as well they worked with me with all of my anxiety was extremely gentle and understanding I couldn't have asked for a better last-minute experience than what they gave me I will definitely be recommending to anybody that has any dental work to be done. I was very blessed that they were there to help me. Awesome job thank you so much.

Dr G and his dental assistant are phenomenal!!!!! My procedure was done in 30 minutes. They explained pricing and what was being done thoroughly. I have copies of pricing and all work that is scheduled for the future. They are awesome. I refuse to go anywhere else!

I’ve been coming here now for a year. The staff is all top notch. My teeth have never been so healthy And the education that Nana has shared with me on maintaining my teeth health has been the reason. Thanks Nana and all the wonderful folks at Allingron San Angelo. You rock!!!!

Great visit today Teresa is amazing! She was so patient and demonstrated how to properly floss and care for my child’s teeth. Dr Smith returned to answer questions he had about pain in his jaw. An Awesome experience from the front desk throughout. Would highly recommend.

The man working the front desk seemed a little overwhelmed, however once we made it to the back we had a great visit. Everyone from the dental assistant to the dentist was very nice and handle everything from xrays, cleanings and exams for both my kids wonderfully. I would definitely recommend Allington Dental.
Kudos to Janice (please forgive me if I got the name wrong) While cleaning the girls teeth she talked to them the entire time making them both feel really comfortable.

Worst experience I’ve ever had regarding the total disrespect of the organization to the patient’s time. Drove 70 miles for a 3:00 appointment (for a cleaning) and got there early. Filled out the new patient paperwork and then waited.
People arriving at 3:30 were called and I just waited. Went to ask the people at the admission area about when I would be called.
One was on a personal call and the other woman finally looked up. I ask how much longer I would need to wait. She went to the back area and came back 5 minutes later. Observing the patient disrespect I waited and then call another dentist and was making an appointment because I felt that whatever answer I received from her would be a lie.
She saw that I was talking on the phone and I explained who I was speaking with and she got rude and said that I should make the appointment because it would be a while before I could be seen.

I made an appointment and it was canceled because the dentist wasn't going to be available. I go to the rescheduled appointment and the dentist doesn't even see me even though I expressed concern about my wisdom teeth. Instead they tell me I need to get a teeth cleaning and have my gums and teeth assessed before the dentist will see me. So it was going to take a couple more appointments which I thought was ridiculous. I let them do the teeth cleaning but I never went back since it seemed like they had their own agenda instead of actually giving any mind to my concerns. I also didn't like their open set up in the back.

The front desk staff Patricia and Ashley are helpful and caring. Javier the office manager is awsome! Dr. G the dentist is amazing and very experienced in his feild. All of his Dental Assistants are very sweet and treat you like family as well .I would definetly recommend this place to my family and friends.

I have had to make 7 different appointments and each time they cancel them within 2 days before the appointment due to the doctor issues. Would not suggest going to this dentist at all.
