Allington Dental

It’s Saturday now, I went to this dentist to get looked at for a toothache which is causing me a lot of pain. They saw me last Thursday and told me they would send in a prescription for antibiotics and something for the pain since I need a root canal but can’t be scheduled for one till next month. Well they never sent my prescription in to my pharmacy and are closed on Saturday’s so now I get to continue to not sleep and be in pain. When I called on Friday they told me they would resend it and if they had to do it manually they would and give me a call when it was done. Never got a call and they wouldn’t answer when I tried to call before they closed. Horrible customer service and I am being as nice as possible when I write this.

I love nana!! Very informative on my gum health this morning and everyone at the front desk was very friendly! I hope I get nana EVERYTIME:) the sweet lady with reddish/blonde hair that did my xrays did awesome as well, I didn’t catch her name but thank you!:)

Allington dental of San Angelo took great care of me! My most recent appointment with Dr. Wu and her assistant named Logan, led me to write this review. They both made me feel as comfortable as possible by talking me through the whole procedure, and taking their time! On my way out Logan and Patty helped me schedule my next appointment and sent me on my way with a smile. If you are looking for an all around friendly staff that works together to put a smile on your face, this is the Dentist for you.

I was Quoted a cash price due to my insurance didn’t cover what I needed. Then, the insurance sends a bill wanting 413.00 some odd amount. They ruined my dentures, sent them to the lab 4 times to correct their mistake. VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!! There were very nice people who work there however. This review could have been avoided had there not been underhanded insurance going on behind my back.
This is using my 1st amendment rights under the constitution. This way they don’t charge my insurance for freedom of speech.

Friendly staff and professional! My hygienist, Janice was so knowledgeable and helpful! They offer a great plan for those who have no dental insurance. Also, I was given only the services I needed! I live this place!!!

Dr.Gogineni is an incredible dentist the experience I had at Allington Dental with Dr. Gogineni and his staff specifically Javier, Stephanie, Patty, Carlea, and Melissa was undoubtedly the best I have ever had. There are not enough positive words to express how welcoming, kind, caring, and professional they are. The atmosphere in this dental office was unlike any other I have experienced. I greatly recommend Allington Dental to my friends, family, and anyone in need of a dental appointment.

I havnt always had positive experiences at the dentist. I hated going, so unfortunately a broken tooth sent me here. From the time I saw Carlea she made everything seem so ease. She was welcoming, informative & basically like talking to a really good friend you haven’t seen in years. Step-by-step everything was explained. I had a bad experience with getting novacaine. They shot it in my mouth and I could slightly feel what they were doing.. Here I didn’t feel a absolute thing. They reassured me and made me feel comfortable while I was in the chair. I definitely will continue my checkups. Thank You Carlea & Dr. Gogineni.

Dr. Gogineni is super nice and skilled at making sure my daughter felt comfortable. Stephanie and Patty are also super nice and efficient. They also accommodated when I changed from one treatment to two. Will use them as long as possible.

I showed up to my daughters 1 pm appointment and it took 30 minutes to get called back.... Ok some times that happens... .... But then we sat there for another 1 and a half with not much of a sideways glance. Now, I have to wait forever just for more paperwork and to make an appointment for my daughters surgery and I still haven't been looked at. Is it bad enough when I made this appointment I was completely forgotten about over the phone and now I am forgotten about inside the business? Do you guys really not care about people like me? Do you not want my business?

Allington is AMAZING! The facility is clean and kid-friendly. The staff is unbeatable! Patty and Mell are always friendly and helpful. My 6yo daughter has major anxiety and can be difficult on most visits, but Dr. Gogineni & Dr. Auerbach treated her with care and true compassion and helped her succeed in her treatment. Melissa and the other hygienists are very courteous and upbeat which always makes for a pleasant visit. Double thumbs-up for Office Manager, Javier! He goes above and beyond to ensure both parents and patients have been treated and helped satisfactory.
