I had a great experience this morning with the
Weatherford Monarch dental team. All the girls were really friendly. I have somewhat of a
fear of medical procedures of any kind. All the girls instantly put me at ease and made the experience an easy one. I never thought that I
would ever actually look forward to a future appointment with the DENTIST!

I went to Monarch dental and they tried to charge me $600 dollars for my cleaning because my gums bled during the exam by the dental hygienist. I have dental insurance that covers free teeth cleanings, but they explained that because my gums bled during the exam I had gingivitis which meant I needed a "treatment" before I could get my teeth cleaned and only $400 of the treatment was covered by insurance meaning I would have to pay the remaining $200. A quick google search revealed that about 50% of adults have gingivitis which "is a non-destructive type of periodontal disease" -medicalnewstoday. Beware this dental office as they are probably trying to upcharge 50% of the population for teeth cleanings. Also, they told me nothing of this potential upcharge beforehand even though I asked prior to going in if my insurance covered the cleaning and they said yes.

I highly recommend Monarch Dental. The staff is fabulous. The hygienist "Alysa" made me feel comfortable right away and lots of helpful information. This is where my future appointments will be! Great team of friendly people!

My daughter fell and broke her front two adult teeth. It was heartbreaking. Dr. Branca went above and beyond to gain the trust of my anxious child. She recommended we get a second option to make sure it was the right prognosis. Then she personally stopped by that appointment for the second opinion on her day off of work to check in on my daughter. The day of her teeth removal was a hard day for my daughter, but Dr. Branca and all of the hygienists were amazingly tender with my fearful child. They comforted her and were so patient with her. Dr. Branca even offered to pray with my daughter which was such a comfort to her. I cannot rave enough about the outstanding care we received here. We were treated with such compassion and kindness!

If I could give this office ZERO stars I would. Awful, greedy and immorale people work here. I went in a few months ago with an abscessed wisdom tooth, at the time I still had all of my wisdom teeth. They had the dentist look and she told me I needed all of my wisdom teeth out and the cost was going to be over $2,000. I started crying because I was in such pain from my ONE tooth. Just the one. None of my other wisdom teeth were giving me issues. I told the dentist I had no insurance through tears and how I just needed the one tooth out. She told me to apply for care credit instead of suggesting we just extract the one tooth. Needless to say, I left with no options since I could not afford all of my wisdom teeth to come out. I went to a different dentist in town and they focused on the issue at hand, understood I had no insurance and just needed the one tooth out. Ended up costing me under $100. Monarch Dental is the worst. I will never waste my time with them again. Their dentist need to learn how to treat others and have a heart. Other than that their office staff was so unattentive and couldn't stop gossiping and talking about their evening plans the entire time I was there. Incredibly unprofessional and they were also quite snobby. I don't know how anyone enjoys this office or likes going.

DO NOT GO TO WEATHERFORD OFFICE, THEY TRY TO RIP PEOPLE OFF. MONARCH quote was 85% HIGHER than MY DENTIST!! I went in as a new patient this morning, cracked tooth which became an abscess, to see about an extraction. X-rays were taken and since my infection was bad I had to start antibiotics first before the tooth could be extracted. They came back and started going over financial estimate and here's where they thought I was an idiot...I have to self pay then submit to my insurance...the total estimate came to $1040.00 to have 1 tooth pulled!!!!! What a joke!! Then of course they try and get you to buy there dental assistance policy by saying I'd save $500 with it. Yes I left quickly and overwhelmed thinking of all the people that they have ripped off. Went to MY DENTIST in Weatherford later that day and I'll be getting my tooth extracted for almost 85% less than Monarch Dental quoted me. What a joke of a business.

I had to have my wisdom teeth removed and from the initial dentist visit to the actual surgery it was painless! The surgical team texted me the night before and kept answering my questions until like 10pm. The doc gives out a number you can text or call after surgery and speak to him. I have already sent him a text with questions and he responded very quickly. They made me feel very comfortable. I went to the Weatherford office for my appointment and the Lake Worth office for the removal of my wisdom teeth. Great dentist, oral surgeon, and staff!!

The crown fell off after ONLY seven months..... And this is a crown that took them about four tries to get to stay on in the first place..... And they had the audacity to charge me for that with the comment that "well you haven't been in for any more services since then so we don't guarantee that things won't go wrong when we don't see you regularly" .
That's a really poor attitude when I know for a fact that I have other crowns done by other dentists that have been in my mouth for 13 years or more and I've never had a problem with them.... I will be looking into finding another dentist.... since this business cares about MONEY more than standing behind their work

I waited 2 months for this appointment. I ask repeatedly for a price so I could see if I could even afford to have my tooth pulled. They already had my xrays . I went in and never saw a doctor and then was told the price which I could not afford so it was a waste of both of our time and another patient could have had my spot . I was told they could not give me a price until I saw the doctor and please note I never saw a doctor and I do not want my insurance billed for a consult .
