Super friendly people and first time experience for a dentist was amazing. They talked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Will definitely be going back.

Dr Brennan and the staff at Weatherford are awesome! The doctor was kind and professional; Karen was so sweet and nice. My wife was very impressed!

Wonderful, thorough & attentive staff and doctor! I am new to Weatherford and finding the just-right dentist who accepted my insurance was important to me. I am most pleased with Dr Nicole Branca & her friendly & proficient staff!

Honestly, this has been one of the most frustrating experiences my fiancée and I have ever dealt with. She originally scheduled an appointment because of some tooth pain and sensitivity she was experiencing. Upon examination, they determined there was no damage to her teeth or fillings, and that it was most likely a sinus infection causing swelling and irritating her teeth. We paid for the appointment, and she was given antibiotics and pain medicine, and told to call back if the pain doesn't go away in 3 to 5 days. Once the pain had not subsided, we called back, and scheduled another appointment for the dentist to take another look. The dentist discovered a broken filling, and repaired it. (I thought there was no damage? Guess they didn't look close enough the first time.) We paid the cost, and were told it may be a few days before the pain subsides. After a week or so, the pain was still present and almost unbearable for her. We scheduled yet another appointment, only to be told there was nothing wrong. (Basically, oh it's in your head sorry.) A few days later she called in to ask for a refill on the pain medicine and to see what else could be done. After making her feel like she was some kind of pill junkie, they agreed to refill it one more time, and we began to explore our options. Monarch referred us to their root canal specialist, and she had her appointment today. (After paying MORE money..) The specialist found no need to do a root canal, and said that her gums were slightly receded, exposing more sensitive areas of her teeth to cold and hot, causing extreme pain. Now, we have to schedule another appointment with the original office to get a cleaning done. All in all she has had and will have to miss work again, and we have spent quite a bit of money to come back full circle to something that should have been CLEARLY noticeable the first trip to the dentist. It is really unbelievable we are in this current position, and would like to be reimbursed for how ridiculous this has all been. I can't recommend this company for dental work because of this, and because of insurance coverage we are forced to continue using this location. In the future we will just have to head into Fort Worth for dental care. If you DO have to use Monarch, you may want to try a different office. It certainly seems like that specialist we saw knew what they were doing.

UPDATE:

Just an update regarding this unfortunate situation. We called in to speak with Rachel, the office manager of the Weatherford location, who was extremely combative, arguing with my fiancée, and generally rude. Granted, my fiancée was extremely upset at the time of the first call, and even tried to call back and explain her situation and Rachel did nothing but exhibit poor customer service. As someone who has hired staff and run offices in the past, I honestly can't believe they let her handle any customer interactions at all. Other reviews will support this claim, so please be diligent in your decision making. Today (After Rachel suggested we take our business elsewhere..), we went to Ideal Dental in White Settlement, TX and had a wonderful experience. Upon examination, they found large fillings which were leaking, exposing cavities and causing the pain. Remember previously that Monarch did an examination and discovered NO cavities? $1200 and 2 crowns later, she is finally pain free. I urge you all to PLEASE do your due diligence when determining where to have your dental work done. Personally, we will avoid Monarch, and suggest everyone else do the same.

Everyone from front desk, techs, hygienist to Dr. Branca was great. Polite, efficient, pretty fast. I came in a wrong time and they worked me in anyway. So far I had chipped tooth fixed, check up for my child and myself, cleaning and deep cleaning. What I love is that Dr. Branca understood right away that I am minimalist when it comes to dental care and she didn't over recommend complex procedures and didn't make me feel bad about my approach. In past I have been quoted up to $30,000 in procedures when I was worried about little dot that looked like a cavity. Dr. Branca fixed my tooth and the hygienist did a superb job. Thank you!!!

The dentist himself was fine. In the two facilities I visited Granbury and Weatherford, the front office staff was rude and unkind, not only to me, but another gentleman as well.

All paperwork should be shared among office. No one should have to fill out the paperwork twice, in three days.

Also, I prepaid for my procedure and still got a phone call that I had a balance. Prior to the procedure I told the office person I pre-paid in Granbury. Apparently, she didn't bother taking care of business.

Had a great experience here and loved all the Technicians and Doctors. They were curtious and exhibited attention to detail which made me feel very comfortable. I usually do not like going to the Dentist but they made my experience very pleasant.

I developed a toothache over the weekend and didn’t have a dentist that I felt comfortable with. My friend highly recommended Dr Nicole Branca @ Monarch Dental in Weatherford, Tx. I called on Monday morning and was able to get in that afternoon. The entire staff and the dentist were friendly and professional and I can’t say enough good things about this place. It is a 45 minute drive but well worth it. I have found my new dentist! I highly recommend this place!

This is an amazing office the staff are welcoming and friendly, and very professional. They are extremely thorough in there explanation of everything you will need done present and future. I highly recommend this office if your looking for a dental home.

I had a cracked tooth. Pleased with the care in Weatherford. Everyone was so nice. Had to have the tooth pulled (ugh)! The dentist was very gentle. The whole process was Great!!! I highly recommend Monarch Dental.
