The problems are on me for not coming in sooner to be seen. Tooth decay is very slow, but before you know it you are in a mess.
Don't be like me and put things off. The sooner you get in the better.

They have helped me improve the heath of my teeth over the last few years. They are great at taking the time to check and clean teeth and inform you of any problem areas. They have also offered excellent advice for what I can do between visits to keep my teeth clean and healthy. They are very professional and have a comfortable atmosphere in their office. I have had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

I really wanted to love this new dentist for our families dental needs unfortunately they have shady billing practices. They estimated the cost , I asked them to send my insurance a detailed cost so they could verify or even come close to the cost prior to receiving any services she assured me they were competent enough to handle such a task , I paid in advance for myself and my hubby, what I thought would be our deductible . 2 weeks later I received an additional bill for services that were not covered....and when questioned they were like oh so it was just an estimate...... no being off 100 -200$ is unacceptable and when I called to clarify, they lady was like oh well all I can say is I'm sorry ...how would you like to pay your bill ...SMH ...We won't be doing business with a company that is not transparent with the cost .......nope ...it doesn't matter how good the dentist is ...if my pocket book hurts well after the procedure and I feel shafted , I could of handled 20 to 30 off or even if the front desk person would of said let's look to see why each one of the cavities were charged a different amount...let's see where we were so off with our estimate .. just no ...the thing about dental and medical patients..if you are good they will be your patient for years to come along with family members but they just seemed interested in the immediate dollar . I won't be going back and neither with my family members

I just want to say I’m so thankful I choose this dentist office to get my wisdom teeth removed today. I had 4 extractions done took less then an hour to get done. I had a cracked wisdom tooth at the bottom that had caused problems for me for almost 2 years and was so close to my nerves in my jaw that it was little stubborn getting out both bottom teeth. The Dr and dental assistant were both attentive to my pain and even gave me breaks in between. I had to get a lot of numbing to help out the process so don’t be afraid to tell them your in pain. It’s been a couple of hours of extraction and numbing wore off and I don’t even feel any pain in my mouth! Thank you so much for relieving years of pain 🙂

I had been there recently. The team and the atmosphere were great and they treat patients with such care. I was completely nervous about the procedure, but the way they treat you is satisfying. I had a root canal and some more, However, my bigger problem was my anxiety or having pain. If you have the same kind of problems,I would highly reccommended this clinic and this team.Thanks for having a positive experience.

I’ve been going here for a long time now, the staff is extremely nice, very knowledgeable and has helped me find the best payment system that suits my situation. Whether it’s a dental implant, aesthetic work or a tooth extraction! Would recommend for sure!

Absolutely incredible service. I have had really horrible dental experiences and due to that have neglected my teeth. Dr. Ray made this anxiety free for me and didn’t make me feel embarrassed or anxious about anything and really took care of me. I have found my new dentist!

i been coming here for 3-4 years, used to not have any issues, now they raise their price for cleaning from 60 to 80 to 100, then 150.
i called and asked for a cleaning appointment, the front desk said 100. i said i dont need XRay, she said it s still 100 with or without Xray. Then after my appointment, they told me it s 150 because i had the Xray.
I also ask if i can have the bill send to my home so i can pay with my health saving account but the front desk just said no, it need to be pay today
Communication is very unclear and seem like money focus instead of pt focus.
The dentist was also rushing, i asked some questions about my teeth and he just said he ll explain later and didnt

The hygienist techs there are still wonderful and excellent as always but may not come back due to the price and front desk communication

Dr. Ray is my favorite dentist in my years in Washington. He avoids everything unnecessary while doing a damn great job in delivering the dental implant I was looking for based on my needs! It took me one painless, dental implant to find my new dental implant dentist!
