I feel they are very professional and courteous and the work they do is flawless. They're awesome.

I have been in search of competent AND affordable dental care for several years, and am happy to report that I have found my dentist! Huge shoutout to Mi (sp?), my hygienist, who took meticulous care in cleaning my teeth, and providing me with helpful tips with respect to proper gum care. I had no idea I was brushing too hard, resulting in gum damage. I am also thankful to have found Dr. Michael, as he was a good listener, and came across as a dentist who really prides himself in delivering exceptional patient care (I have encountered some dentists who appear to be burned out, providing cursory service and care). I would not hesitate to recommend FW Dental Excellence to friends and family! 🤗

I've been a customer at this dentist office for over 2year . Each and every time I have such great service very professional as well as feeling part of a family. I moved from Federal Way-to Bellevue but I drive the miles just for this particular reason. I give 10 stars !!!!

When approaching the office it is well landscaped. On entering the furniture is well arranged along with art works that make it seem like a home atmosphere. Very inviting coupled with very kind and knowledgeable front office personal. They try very hard to accommodate all with a warm smile that makes one at ease. The medical staff including the doctors are very knowledgeable as well as polite making it a real treat to visit. If it is possible to enjoy going to the dentist than I would recommend Federal Way Dental Excellence. You will not be disappointed. These are my observations and I don’t particularly care to go to dentist.

Dr. Ray and Aimee makes a great team. Because of them my fear of going to the dentist is gone. I even hugged Aimee when were all done. I really do appreciate you two!!!

The people in this office are very kind and polite. They make sure you are comfortable. I would recommend this place to all who need excellent dental care.

Teeth pain after cavity treatment and fee for cancelation that wasn't informed, and could've been informed when the appt was made/canceled!

I don't usually do bad reviews cause I feel that everyone has different treatmentns and stuff, but this time I just can't let go.

I live in Seattle and I went there with a Grupon a just to have my teeth cleaned. Everyone was really friendly and gave me proper attention when I was there. The doctor saw 2 cavities and I was informed that would be $500 to treat both, I paid cause I didn't want a bigger problem later, but a week after I started to have teeth pain in one of them, which I didn't expected since it wasn't hurting before and I paid too much money already, so I expecting to be perfect! I had to reschedule for them to get it right, and I was gonna have to pay for a new consultation to fix something that they caused.
On that day I was working, like most people do on business day, and I live in Seattle, so it was going to take 45 min for me to get there, I was informed that I had only 15 min of window to get there, so I said I would have to cancel because I won't be able to make it in time.
Today I received a letter saying that I have to pay $102!! I called there to know what the heck was that, and she said that it was because I didn't show up, then I refuted saying that I canceled the appt, she said that it didn't matter cause I have to cancel 48h before, and I was NEVER informed of that, and she said that had on the new patient agreement, which I don't remember, but since I probably signed it, I'm gonna have to pay, and after that she said that I had to pay $50, and I was like, why on the letter you're charging me for $102 if it's $50 the total? If this fee exists, why she I wasn't tood when I canceled it???
After my first consultation I realized asking to my friends how much did they pay, and I realized that it was super overpriced for me, and the fact that they charge different prices on letters, calls, and everything makes the credibility that wasn't great enough, even worse!
I'm gonna pay because I don't want problem for me later, but just so you know, I spent $500 to have only teeth pain !!

Dr. Yeh and his staff were extremely helpful and very detailed oriented on each one of my implant crowns. I want to give a shout out to Mel that sits upfront on helping me out with financials and figuring out my insurance since I have 2. Thank you again and looking forward to getting more work done

Don’t even bother. Scheduling experience is awful. They’ll call you end of day before your appointment last second to move your slot. Claudia is nice on the phone but their organization and scheduling mainly is just sub par. They’re getting most business from their Groupon, which is why I tried them. But it was so unavailable and unorganized I said frigg the whole deal!!!

On my first appointment here, I came into the office a little worried because I have very sensitive teeth. Before my appointment started, the hygienist (Mia) asked specifically which teeth were sensitive. She was extremely gentle and very concerned with whether I was in discomfort or not. Mia was attentive and aware to my every need and comfort. That was the best cleaning I've ever had in my life. Very thorough and also comfortable. Mia is the sweetest and most gentle hygienist I've met. The people at the front desk are super happy and attentive to your questions and concerns. The doctor was also very cheerful and gave us explainations and interesting pieces of information. I felt that they just wanted to make our visit as smooth and pleasent as possible. I highly recommend this Dentist. (And if you go in for a cleaning, request the hygienist Mia). I am looking forward to my next appointment here.
