Excellent dentist and staff. Everyone made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Everyone I interacted with clearly had my dental health as their priority (and not money). They were very honest about the work that I needed get done and what I didn't need. Dr. McKennon seemed very competent. In addition, when I told him that I was excited about looking at my X-ray images, he took the time to show me all the pictures and spent time explaining what all the "stains" and "blurred spots" on the images meant. Finally, the lady who goes over the insurance stuff with you clearly knows what she's doing. She broke things down for me and explained things well. I recently moved to Spokane and I am SO happy to have found them. Find a great dentist: ✔️

I have never been to a dentist office with such an amazing staff , I've had a number of horrible experiences with dentists.
I can now say I have had an incredible experience with one.
I literally felt one tiny pinch .. from there .. nothing .. I seriously can not recommend these amazing people enough..

And yes even affordable...

I went 5+ years at a time between dentist visits due to awful experiences with dentists when I was a kid and a teenager and had severe anxiety about going, even for a cleaning. Now I have a 7 year old that I have to set an example for so I made an appointment at West Plains because they were close to my office. I was upfront with the Kayla the patient coordinator that I was incredibly nervous....she was so sweet and understanding, as was the office manager Emily. When I arrived for my appointment a tearful, panic attack mess, Jeri the dental assistant was super patient and kind. Dr. McKennon was easy-going and friendly. Not only did he thoroughly answer my questions, he kindly helped settle my fears. Staci the hygienist was immensely gentle and explained what she was doing every step of the way to ease my anxiety. Never once did I feel like I was being judged for my tears and constant stream of nervous word vomit nor did I feel like anyone was rushing through my appointment. I would give this office 10 stars if I could!

Long story short my husband isn't a fan of the dentist, and that's being kind. He anxiously awaited his appt all day only for me to get a text message before he left saying "this place is AWESOME". The dentist, awesome ? Yep, he not only mentioned how comfortable and relaxed he felt but also heard and respected. To see him finally take this step and face his dental fears and then leave feeling excited was testimony enough. I've also heard the dentist had a great sense of humor which goes a long way in these times. My while family will be patients here!

My family have been patients of Dr. Rudy for years. By far the best dental office in town. My daughter recently had a dental emergency and they moved everything around, created an opening, and came in early to make sure she was taken care of. Brooke is bar far the most personable and professional office manager I've ever met. She greets you by name when you walk in, making you feel at home. I highly recommend West Plains Dental for anyone looking for a new Dental office.

With a dental background, my expectations are high and West Plains Dental is exactly what I hoped to find. They're patient, laid back, skilled, and thorough. No one tried to sell me anything. They were there to serve, and they did so with practical efficiency, with a bonus of the latest technology & TVs on the ceilings. I recommend them to anyone searching for a family dentist they want to grow old with. :-)
