I've been a client of West Plains Dental for almost 3 yrs. I appreciate their great mix of people who are friendly and professional -whether its Staci with hygiene, Brook with billing and Dr Ruddy with dentistry. Kudos to their team, and I can recommend their care.

Amazing service, amazing people.

First let me say, I haven't personally been taken care of here, but my wife has and I sat through all of her appointments.

People: The people are truly amazing. They took care of my wife and made sure she understood what was going on and what procedures were being done for her. They always communicated effectively and let us know what was going on with her care. They were personable and always let me sit with my wife when her work was being done.

Professionalism: They fixed her teeth correctly, without incident with quality equipment. The dentist is knowledgeable and has a lot of experience with all kinds of procedures. After a few follow up appointments and fillings, her teeth were right as rain.

Tidiness: Facility was well maintained and equipped. Free water bottles and a tidy waiting area. Low if not any waiting times... free gum!

Transparency: They made sure my wife and I were aware of all of the costs covered by my insurance and the ones we had to pay out of pocket.

They take cash, credit, debit or check.

West Plains Dental is a wonderful place. The office manger Brooke is the sweetest and is very knowledgable and helpful when it comes to insurance, billing and scheduling. I don't know how she does it all by herself, it's like magic. Staci the hygienist is wonderful and makes cleanings simple, easy and comfortable. I don't think I could ever find a great hygienist like her anywhere else. Dr. McDonald is very gentle and reaches expectations of a dentist that I have not seen before. She explains everything in a way that is very understandable. Stacey the dental assistant is also very gentle and she exceeds at her job without skipping a beat. If you are looking for a comfortable and stress-free dentist, this is the place to go.

Great dental office! Dr. McKennon and his staff are wonderful and make sure you are completely comfortable with any treatment being performed. Front office staff are so friendly and make you feel welcome the minute you walk in the front door!

Today, as a new patient here, I got the best cleaning I've had in a LONG time. The staff are professional and easy-going. They took the time to do a good job and didn't rush me in and out. I'm excited to see their expansion happen since they're adding an orthodontist and kids' stuff to the mix!

All of the staff and doctor was pleasant and professional. The office is new, modern and comfortable. Beautiful work by the lab for my two restorations. Very happy with everything. I will be staying with this office.

I am very thankful for Dr. McKennon. My daughter broke her tooth Memorial Day weekend and he was kind enough to come in on the holiday to make sure she was ok and not in any pain. The staff in his office is great and very helpful! All around, always a good experience! If your looking for a reliable friendly dentist I would recommend West Plains Dental!

I recently became a patient after transferring from another local dentist after a bad experience. I had a dental emergency over the weekend and they fit me in the schedule right away on Monday. Wow was I blown away by their caring, compassionate service!

I usually am stressed out in the dentist office, but not this time. First, I love Brooke, the Practice Administrator. Your first contact at a business is crucial. She is not only a front office person but a dental assistant, which makes her invaluable to patients up front before you even meet the rest of the staff.

Dr Stacey McDonald is amazing. What a fantastic dentist. She communicates through the entire process and makes you feel calm and relaxed. Best dentist I have ever been to, and I have been to many over the years.

Jessica, the dental assistant was every bit as personable and caring. She walked me through her processes and made sure I understood what was going on and what to expect.

What an awesome experience for my first real dental work other than a cleaning. I would highly recommend their services. So unusual to find a dental practice of this caliber.
