These guys and gals are top notch! Everyone is super nice here and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The office is clean and brand new and they have Netflix! 10 out of 10 I would recommend!

The team at West Plains Dental is amazing. I’ve never dealt with a dental office that is so accommodating. They all make you feel welcome and like you’re part of the family. Let me tell you a quick story: on a recent Friday past, at the end of the workday of course, a lower right crown at the back of my mouth began to ache severely.
By Saturday morning after a sleepless night the pain level was at a 6. I couldn't eat or chew, temperature change caused pain, and throbbing didn't allow me to focus. By Sunday, after another night without sleep I was on my way to Urgent Care, pain level 7, the throbbing now in tune with my heartbeat. I also left a message at West Plains Dental.
In a very short time Emily had returned my call. She was kind, patient, compassionate, and wise. And although West Plains Clinic was closed Monday she offered to try and get me an emergency appointment at their sister clinic. More importantly, she said she'd call around Monday morning to try and get ne an emergency appointment at an Endodontist.
Monday arrived, Emily called as she said she would with the Endodontist appt. and took care of canceling the scheduled appt at the sister clinic so I wouldn't have to.
It turned out I ended up going to a third professional to have the tooth extracted and even though it was now beyond the purview of West Plains Dental Emily continued to follow up and check on me.
In my experience, this type of caring approach and hands on attentiveness is unprecedented.
Emily went beyond the role of professional and acted like a friend or family member who really cared about me, going out of their way to make sure I was OK.
Thank you very much, you made a nearly unbearable painful experience less so. You made a difference.

My experience at West Plains Dental has been nothing but perfect. Brooke is absolutely amazing with scheduling and can fit in any appointment to your agenda. Stacey (dentist) has always been flexible and patient with my crazy dental process. She was available whenever I needed dental assistance. I highly recommend West Plains and their entire staff. I have never had an issue with their service throughout the years. 5 stars across the board!!

I will never go to another dentist. Dr. McKennon is such a great dentist. I have horrible TMJ and anxiety and he is very patient and kind with me. The office is very nice and all the staff are more then welcoming. It has been a pleasure going to Dr. McKennon for the last 15 years.

Had my first exam/cleaning today with West Plains Dental, and it was a pleasant experience, and that is saying a lot as it was going to the dentist, which I dread. The office is impeccably clean and they had modern equipment and comfortable chairs. They even have a TV on the ceiling if you need a distraction. The hygienist was wonderful and talkative. She explained what she was doing and what it means when she is calling out numbers as she pokes my gums (46 yrs old and this was the first time anyone ever explained it to me). I really like that as I love to learn and it allows me to take part in my own oral health (and let's just say dentistry is not rocket science so little info can go a long way). Dr McKennon, then saw me and was very pleasent, and wanted to know a bit about me which is a nice way to build up that Dr/patient relationship. And then as two guys will do we started to talk about sports. Overall, great first experience. My wife is now talking about switching.
