My whole life I've never had good experiences at the dentist office, until I went to West Valley Dental! Every single person was very kind, professional and helped me overcome my fears of the dentist. Even the receptionist came in the back to comfort and talk with me. Dr. Hsue is an incredible dentist, he's very gentle, fast and on top of communicating when I have questions and concerns. I couldn't be happier with the work I've had done there and with the staff. 5 stars all around!!

I hate going to the dentist as much as the next person, but the staff at West Valley dental make it fun. The office manager and receptionist are so funny, and they always ask about my family which is nice. Dr. Hsui is always upbeat, courteous and most importantly FAST! His ability to deal with my dental anxiety is the reason I switched over to him in the first place, and he was great with my young daughter too who has even worse anxiety. His office is no where near where I live but I will make the trip every time because they are the best people out there hands down!

I have been seeing Dr. Kuzi Hsue for well over 5 years now and I can say without a doubt that him and his carefully selected staff have gone above and beyond my expectations from a dental office. I've never been great at taking care of my teeth and have been in and out of dental offices my whole life. I had some TERRIBLE experiences and switched dentist multiple times in my early years. Until I found Dr. Hsue in Redmond, by chance, as they were close to my home and accepted my insurance. There was something different about his practice, they really took the time to explain and motivate me on proper care and I genuinely felt like they wanted to get me all fixed up and help me keep it that way. I enjoy this office so much that even when they closed their office in Redmond I still commute to Tukwila for my bi-annual visits and any procedures. It is like seeing old friends or family when I visit, everyone makes an effort to stop by and say hi and see how I've been doing. Trips to the dentist are never fun but with Dr Kuzi Hsue and his staff I am always comfortable and confident that I am in good hands.
