There's only one thing to say about Dr. Hsue and his staff, "Excellence". His laid back approach, and compassion for your best treatment is above and beyond. Even though I was being difficult because of my pain his staff and him included looked beyond that and treated me as though I was more than just a number or patient but someone of great concern. Let me start by saying that Dr. Kuzi Hsue and his staff have made all the difference in my dental care over the years and I couldn’t be more thankful. Dr. Hsue has always been so understanding and gentle. I also find it very refreshing that I see the same staff every six months when I come in and that the turnover rate is very low. I love that they know our names from the second we walk in the door and recall previous conversations from months earlier. Dental care can be a very emotional topic for some people and West Valley dental has done a wonderful job not only taking care of my mouth but teaching my son and I how to continue to have healthy oral care. I recommend this place to anybody who is tired of being taken advantage of or who has ever had poor dental care because this place is lovely. I drive all the way from Everett these days which is not a short drive but it’s so worth the trip in the end.

The Dentist, Kuzi Hsue, at West Valley Dental and his team were so professional, efficient, attentive and friendly. The facility is neat, clean, comfortable, and modern looking. I had to get one tooth extracted and do an implant, which was a new experience for me. They provided the best professional treatments and services. I felt comfortable, safe and satified though out the treatment process. West Valley dental will be my choice from now on. I strongly recommend this Facility.

West Valley Dental has the best staff. First face of this company are the front desk staff - very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Hsue is very good - he’ll put you right at ease throughout you procedure and explain what he’s doing… his dental assistants are also awesome.
