I'm so happy I've met kuzi! It has been long over due for me to have my teeth looked at. West valley dental made me feel so comfortable as soon as I walked in. Very friendly staff and prices are unbeatable. This was also my first time getting a deep cleaning and it was amazing. My teeth feels so much better. Thank you so much for a exceptional experience!

This team is incredible. I inquired online and they responded in one day. Set up a consult for the next day and know the journey begins. The staff were so welcoming and efficient and I am so very grateful to Dr. Hsue for explaining all that is going on in my mouth and how the process works. So looking forward to the end result. So I had some crown work done today, it was the most pain free visit I've ever had. From the novacaine shot to the end of procedure no pain, just awesome! Dr. Kuzi Hsue and his team are very fast and efficient in their work and caring for the patient, thank you. Highly recommend his services.

For several years now I have been a patient at West Valley Dental (WVD). FROM THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF TO THE DENTAL TECHS TO DR. HSUE, I have consistently received excellent care on every visit from routine annuals to serious surgical procedures. I give them my highest recommendation.

I had a toothache and had just moved to Renton so I had a flyer for “new patients” I decided to try out this office. They booked me for the next day. Then when I arrived they took an X-ray of the achy tooth and also two other teeth not bothering me or even close to my hurt tooth. They said I had an abscessed tooth. I said wow ok can you fix it today for me and the dentist wouldn’t answer me he instead sent the “money lady” in and she quoted me $6394.00. I was shocked! They also added the other two teeth which came to 12,889.00 for me as a business owner and cash pay! I’m a single parent of three daughters and don’t have that kind of money.
I could buy a new car for that price. I said is this really the price and the dentist said yes. I decided to call my sister who’s been an office manager for 19 years of two different dental offices but recently moved out of state. She said RUN that’s a crazy scam. Meanwhile, I’m in pain. I asked for my X-rays and they said we can’t give them to you.
You have to have the new dentist call us. Then the staff ripped off my bib and said you need to leave if your not having us do your procedure. Never did I raise my voice or get angry. I was in a great deal of pain. I wasn’t offered any antibiotics or other options. Thankfully my sister called her dentist she used to work for and they got me in the next morning did the root canal for WAY less. Just be careful these folks are all about the money and if you don’t have dental insurance call around this isn’t the place to go to. Again maybe they treat people with dental insurance better. The good news for me is I’m getting married and will have awesome insurance but I will not be using it at this office nor will my three children. Do your homework before going blindly to a new place!!! We should want to help people out not take advantage of someone in pain. I cried and felt awful. My friends were also upset and I will warn anyone I know to steer clear!

My husband has had two emergencies (one of the emergencies was three days before Christmas) that prompted him to go to Dr. Hsue. They squeezed him in. He was a blessing to us I had to go in the back to take care of something for my husband and had difficulty walking, Dr Hsue grabbed ahold of my arm and helped me (I didn’t know he was the dentist til afterwards). This place is awesome. Please consider them when you are looking for a dentist.
