Haven't gone or called just looking at reviews, so far only problem I see without contacting or going myself is the fact that only time horizon responds is to good reviews and not to people that may have had a bad experience. One reason I might not even give them a chance, if I do and experience is good stars will change.

My last visit wasn’t so great. I was referred to an endodontic for deep root analysis. My PA showed something suspect. I was told I needed to call the place and let them know I’m being referred and to give them this long description of why I’m being referred. I’m normally used to each clinic contacting the specialist and letting them know the problem. Followed by getting a phone call from the specialist clinic to setup for appointment. This was not the case!
The new place was very nice and the chairs have a nice new feature for massage. But the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth is not my favorite. I do miss my teeth being cleaned by my old dental hygienist, I don’t think she works there anymore (her name was Janet and I miss her). Both dentists I had been seen by, Dr Steve who I appreciated at first, but when he realized that I would not be buying his veneers that he kept trying to peddle….he pawned me off to one of the newer female dentists who honestly, wasn’t any better….zero personable skills. Forgive me for expecting a higher standard and quality of care for a service that I am paying for.
Anyway, I have been coming here for years with my husband and daughter and I will likely be seeking another place to take over our dental needs. They’ve officially lost my husband, daughter’s, myself and my sister’s business, unfortunately!

I went here for the first time in this week. I had a great experience, I didn't wait but maybe 3 minutes they got me back did all my x-rays and cleaned my teeth. The staff are friendly and helpful. Service with a smile and good conversation. I was highly impressed. I would definitely recommend this Dentist to anyone.

New Horizon is very welcoming. I enjoyed my last visit getting my teeth cleaned. They even have a massage chair now. :)

Nice people, but I'm not impressed. I made an appointment for a broken tooth. On the first appointment they gave me an examination only and quote for a cleaning, extraction, and a filling. On the second appointment to get the filling they refused to do it because of my blood pressure. She also said they'd need a doctor's note before they'd do anything. (IMHO this should have been discussed on the first appointment) By this time, my tooth had been broken for over a month and had become pretty painful. So, I called another dentist in Vancouver. The other place got me in that day and took care of all my dental issues in one appointment. Needless to say, I won't be back to New Horizons Dental.

The dentist office lobby is beautiful.... very nicely decorated. The staff are professional and you don't get the sense they are trying to overbill you for things which is a nice change at a dental practice.

I am incredibly scared of going to the dentist. When I was younger I didn’t have the best dentist and had teeth pulled to make room for braces. I remember the feeling when they pulled the teeth.
My friend from work told me about this place. Love Dr.Jen and Laura! They have made going to get my teeth cleaned so much better. I use to not go every 6 months and avoided it as much as possible.
Now I’m a regular. The free Gas to calm my nerves helps so much to. But the team in general all around are so kind and you can tell them love what they do.
I will NEVER switch!
Thank you New Horizons for making going to the dentist not so scary.
