Aspen Dental

I had a tooth emergency and was seen within 24 hours. The facility is new and clean. The staff was welcoming, efficient and knowledgeable. This was by far the best dental experience I've ever had.

Every other appointment needs to be rescheduled because they're out of power or doctor has an emergency. Takes months to get anything done.

I was able to have an appointment the same day for my tooth pain and have my issue taken care of. All staff was very helpful and awesome, especially Dr. Dugan. Thank you Aspen dental 😃

I originally said my experience at Aspen dental was good but it ended up terrible. I had a tooth removed and the dentist said I needed my entire upper teeth removed and dentures put in. It was going to cost me $4000 and that was with insurance. They said I could take out a loan but it was going to be at a high interest. I decided to get a second opinion at West Allis Dental. That new dentist said they like to save teeth when they can. I went to a specialist and back to West Allis. In the end, I only had 2 teeth removed and my most recent visit said my mouth is healthy again! If I had listened to Aspen, I would be miserable dealing with dentures and in debt.

Super friendly staff, unfortunately though, my teeth were terrible so it felt like I had to spend a ton of money on my first visit. I guess that’s the consequence of bad teeth and lack of care. The facility was immaculate, the new construction is awesome. The tech is all brand new, and the entire place was spotless. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Came here for a cleaning only! Was told I had to get images first, I have never went to a dentist that didn’t do images and cleaning in the same visit. Then after the pictures are taken the consultant tells me I can’t get any cleaning or assistance until I pay 300 for some type of gingivitis treatment. Don’t waste your money they will get over on you like the other comments stated!

They tell to you to arrive 15 minutes before appointment and I get that. We got there at 8:23. They had me fill out paper work that didn’t take that long. 3 people went ahead of me. Close to 9 they finally called me back. Did everything they needed to almost. While getting teeth cleaned the pain became to much and the doctor went to get shot so I thought. Long story short I have to go back and finish. They also need to start taking state health care. Not everyone can pay what hospitals and dentist charge outta pockets. State Health Care is all a lot of people have. The staff is friendly and welcoming but there’s some stuff they can work on.

I haven't been to a dentist in way to long, was freaking out on the inside. Even through the facemasks I could feel the warm welcoming smiles of the employees. Every single person I interacted with was amazingly helpful and friendly. I can't believe I am saying this but I am excited to go back to the dentist for once!

Absolutely amazing!

I have bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist but I have a strong feeling this place will help me overcome that. All the staff is so patient & kind. The place itself is so clean, it doesn’t have that “dentist smell” when you walk in.
The only thing that I would change is the hours, just one Saturday a month or more late nights (which could just be temporary because they are just opening.) Other than that, I wouldn’t change a thing!

Had 2 extractions from a wonderful doctor. Staff are friendly and made me feel comfortable. If you have anxiety over the dentist, I highly recommend this place. They will not judge you and will talk you through the procedure. They are patient and understanding.
