Today was the best experience I've ever had going in for a dentist appointment. Dr. Teske just opened up the West Allis Aspen Dental last week, and my husband and I were lucky enough to follow her here from from a different office that's further away. The office manager, Katharine, went out of her way to work with my insurance to switch us over to this location; my hygienist, Tony, was an incredible listener to all my concerns and the cleaning was gentle and thorough. Dr. Teske came in to happily welcome me to the new location, and everyone in the office had wonderful energy and attitudes. I recommend Dr. Teske and her team to everyone!!!

I had excruciating pain in the left upper back tooth n it felt broken but i wasn't sure i just knew i was in soooo much pain... (ie cold water helps believe it or not). Anyway, i called multiple places that said they had emergency services but we're all booked up! I wanted to die! Then i came across Aspen dental although they didn't take my specific insurance they still got me in SAME DAY n waived the "to be seen fee" lol. I ended up getting 2teeth extracted n they made sure i felt no pain! To think i avoided the dentist for so long when it really wasn't as bad as i had in my head from my past experiences. I still paid a nice amount after they tried finding other options first, but it was worth it lemme tell you!! I hope to find a dentist that does take my insurance so i can avoid that pain ever again, but this place was a lifesaver today, n i thank them all!! Thank you!

Issues checking in 2 times & hear staff talking about inexperience. New facility nice, waiting 45 mins staff member on phone then again waiting nobody front counter see staff chatting around can't check in. Take off work to deal with poor customer service. Take your Top tier insurance somewhere else

They were not honest, subjectively deceiving, also incompetent. I was still charged for work not done. My credit dropped significantly and I owe $1400 for work that was never done! Please be cautious.
