1/5. I set up an appointment for a cleaning. I called their number and was directed to their call center. Was told my pricing on the phone that it would be the price I was told. Got my total and was happy it was a smooth process at that point. I walked in today to confirm my price and the individual at the front desk told me that the price was not gonna be the same as I was told on the phone. I kept wanting to know my total. It was only for X-rays and a cleaning that is all I wanted and for services. Had I not had that amount on my debit card to pay I wouldn’t have been able to pay the full amount. The guy from the call center told me that I would also have been able to get my cleaning on the same day during my first visit but I walk in and they said they do not do that. I’m irritated at the fact that people there will not give you the price when you ask for the major things being the cleaning that everyone typically goes in for, even when I talked to someone on the phone to confirm this appointment they would refuse to give me a price and they just feel you in giving you a price at the end. Overall just mad at this company because how these employees were acting was a result of their rules and policies. I’ve never heard of a business that you go to where if you ask them the price of their goods or services they refuse to tell you till the end. Bad company.

Very professional and highly respectful in your treatment plan. The dental hygienist was through in her explaining of my status of gums. Both the dental techs were kind, courteous and friendly. Lastly, Dr.Bicknell addressed my concerns with my dental health and provided options that would beat suite my situation. Oh also the office manager was thorough and friendly on assisting with a follow.up plan that could be done in four separate ways. I haven't been to the Dentist in quite some time always going of my last visit and had anxiety about it all. Overall, if your anxious about a new Dentist give this Aspen Dental a go because I'm more confident and in no pain 24hours after one tooth extraction with stitches 😀.

My first visit went well. I was put on a Dental plan to achieve the "perfect healthy smile" at a "affordable price". Was under this impression that they actually care. But as time went by, and I continued being a loyal customer, I never received the healthy smile that I wanted. Services and products were added on to the bills without my acknowledgment. Time after time, I was told that I needed appointment for this and that.. a lor of run around. I had to go in two times to get my invisalign scan/demo done, NEVER received the invisalign, because my "scan was never sent in". Ended paying close to $3000 and never got to where I wanted to be. Was pressure into applying for the care credit card. Super unhappy and unsatisfied. Wasted my time and money. (Updated after a few years experience)
