Absolutely wonderful! The staff is warm and friendly, they were great with my kids making them feel comfortable! Dr. Haefele is wonderful to talk with! She is personable and reassuring when you ask a question! Will definitely go back and recommend to others!

Dr. Miranda and her entire staff are very professional and friendly. Our questions are always answered and truly the patient comes first. My kids LOVE going to the dentist. I would highly recommend 2nd Street Dental.

I am so glad that I found Dr. Haefele. She is kind, professional, and always in a good mood. Before, I was uncomfortable whenever I went to the dentist because of bad experiences. But she and her assistants are so nice it's hard to not enjoy every visit. The receptionists are very nice, and the office is always so clean.

We had a very pleasant experience in Dr. Martin's office. My 5 year old son is terrified of the dentist but had extensive work that needed to be completed. Dr. Martin made sure that he was comfortable and explained everything to him as she was doing it. As his mom I was on cloud nine when she was able to complete the work and I didn't hear him screaming or crying, not even once! He came right out of her chair to me with a SMILE on his face! He is very fond of Dr. Martin and I know that we chose the right place for him! Dr. Martin is AMAZING! I would recommend her to any of my friends and family. A+++++

I wanted to share my experience with Second Street Dental. I don't usually 'review' businesses but the service I received from Dr. Haefele and her staff was above and beyond so I feel compelled to do so.

I had a very bad experience with another local Dental office with the care my two boys received. In fact, due to the negative experience we had, my boys had to have several procedures that should have been completed by the other dental office. I was at a loss and had to find a new Dentist.

From the minute we walked into Dr. Haefele's office, I knew we had found a home. Not only is the staff completely professional and friendly, they REMEMBER you when you come back, by name. I know that sounds silly, but it leaves quite an impression when you feel like you aren't just a $, but a real person.

The care they have given my boys is exceptional. The boys actually enjoy (as much as one can) going to the dentist for their regular cleaning & checkups. What a relief!!

At one of our last visits we had an issue with our insurance change and thought we would have to go else where. I was heart broken to say the least. The staff took this as an opportunity to REALLY shine! They bent over backwards to work with me and my insurance company to continue to have us as patients. The issue was resolved and we are happily still with our friends at Second Street Dental. They could have let us walk out the door. Instead they chose to help us and as a result, they have our loyalty and gratitude.

I have not felt so well cared for in a very long time. It is nice to know that in this day and age of outsourcing, insurance craziness and 'drive through' dental, that we have a great, hometown Doctor who cares about those in her community and goes the extra mile to provide great service. Thank you Dr. Haefele, Sam & Jen & the whole staff! You gave me one less thing to worry about as a parent!

2nd St Dental provides a very comfortable environment for a dental experience. Massage chairs, neck pillows and gentle hands are an added bonus available during your visit. The staff is knowledgeable and very kind. Would recommend 2nd St Dental every time!

I am what you might call an "anxious" client.... and this office handled me so gently, efficiently, and patiently today. Dr. Miranda is so gifted at what she does: she is a calm, easy-going, gentle, and articulate doctor who has gathered a great staff around her. Everyone who participated in my appointment today made sure my experience was a good one. I am so thankful she is here in Casper! I'll keep going back!:)

Our family has used 2nd Street Dental since they opened. Dr. Miranda and her team are excellent in their profession. Dr. Miranda is excellent with both young children to young at heart and would recommend 2nd Street Dental without reservation

2nd street dental is the best! I haven’t been to the dentist in years and their office staff made me feel so comfortable and made my appointment such a breeze, no stress, clean and professional ! Such sweet faces every time:)

I was impressed by the courtesy and willingness to help me when I was in need of a dentist while traveling through Casper. Dr Miranda came in on her day off for crown repair. Everyone in the office was friendly, courteous and prompt in resolving my issue.
