Pleasant Dental Care

This place is amazing! My fiancé and I both moved closer to the area and needed a new dentist, this place got us in the first day we called to get cleaning and X-rays done, all staff are SUPER nice and genuine people. They took very good, thorough, and efficient care of us and our teeth. We are so grateful for such amazing workers all around! Thank you!!!!

This was the best dental experience I have ever had! The staff here are very friendly and treat you like family. They have extreme attention to detail, also offer a variety of services and walk ins as well. Would HIGHLY recommend this dentist to anyone!!

Two thumbs up for Pleasant Dental Care Peoria! Yesterday was my first visit and they sure lived up to their name "Pleasant" Dental Care! They have friendly, caring, skillful and knowledgeable staff. Shout out to Lindsey, Jennifer, Dr Lyons, Alturo and Tony, who has my mouth guard ready today!!! The whole experience was exceptional!

If I could give 20 stars out of 5 I would! I had a wisdom tooth that was causing me a living hell that I had scheduled to remove at another office later in the month. They were the only place that got me in basically the next day. From the time I contacted them to when I left the office, I just had the absolute best experience with them. Jen & all the girls up front are SO welcoming & kind. Every single interaction I had was warm & friendly & non judgmental. This office is just a model of what patient care & customer service should be. Dr. Souza did my extraction & he made me feel so comfortable (I have a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist) & didn’t make me feel like I was just another patient in his chair & was so honest. I could go on & on but truly, if you’re looking for a dental office that isn’t stale & treats patients like humans, THEY ARE IT!

I was very satisfied with my experience today meeting with the staff and dentist. Everyone I came in contact with was very kind and patient. I truly felt like they cared about me and what I was going through. They answered all my questions and I have a Tx plan in place that will get me all fixed up. Thank you guys. I was a nervous wreck walking in but I left at ease.

I was in excruciating pain due to a broken tooth and they scheduled me for an emergency appointment 30 minutes after I called. When I arrived I was greeted with kind faces and as soon as they heard I was in pain it seemed like everyone there jumped up to try to help. The Dentist and his assistant Gavin kept me very comfortable throughout the tooth removal, they both took their job seriously but were able to keep the mood light when they noticed I was a bit nervous. Everyone there was very professional and compassionate and told me all of my options based on my dental insurance and what procedures need to be done. I went because I was in excruciating pain and left with a new family dentist. Highly recommend!
