Pleasant Dental Care

It has been so long since I found a dentist I could feel comfortable with. Everyone at the office in Peoria, from the moment I made the phone call to make the appointment I was made to feel like family. I always feared X-rays. Putting that unpleasant contraption in my mouth but the Technician made me feel at ease. The cleaning was spot on. Not being a dentist in such a long time, she clearly had her work cut out. but what a friendly and fun person to do it. Dr. Burke performed some fillings and was so compassionate I real felt like I was well cared for from start to finish.
If you are looking for a Dentist really look no further. Pleasant dental will not only take care of your needs, but make a pleasant experience of it. I now can have healthy teeth once again because I have found an honest and caring dental facility. I am actually looking forward to my next visit.

I had to have a tooth extracted that was impacted and under my bridge work. Dr Sousa did an amazing job!!!!

I’ve had a lot of experience/dealings with dentists involving serious dental work. I’m almost 50 years old. I’ve Ben having procedures done since I was 20. I’ve never seen a dentist as knowledgeable or caring. Their doctors are in-house along with surgeons and privately owned. I’m from Las Vegas. I will be driving out here Until my procedures are done.

I had a terrible fall resulting in some mouth trauma. Needless to say, I didn't want to go to a dentist. I called on Saturday and they got me in on Sunday. Wow! I couldn't believe how great the customer service was, and how nice the whole staff is. I was in so much pain and had so much anxiety, but they put me at ease immediately. Jen was so knowledgeable about the billing, even the emergency visit was reasonable.Thank you to everyone there!!! Pleasant Dental Care is really, well, pleasant. Patient for life!

If you’re looking for a great dental office look no further! The Front office staff are always so friendly and helpful, hygiene staff is also amazing ..always friendly and thorough. It’s always a pleasant experience and I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs!

Absolutely LOVE this dentist office ! The front desk staff are welcoming and amazing, and they go above and beyond to make your schedule work for them! I have had Dr. Dawson for all my appointments and he’s gone above and beyond for my dental care ! The hygienist are also the sweetest people, I’ve had tiffany and Lindsay and couldn’t be more appreciative! Would recommend this place to all my friends and family

Been coming here for almost 3 years, and I've always had a pleasant experience. All of the staff are friendly and patient. They're ashtrays understating if we need to reschedule or are running late. The dentists always explain your options thoroughly, and they are flexible if you're anxious.

Nobody wants to go to the dentist, especially now during covid, but I highly recommend Pleasant Dental! The staff is AMAZING & take great care of their patients. Im immunocompromised, & have been hunkered down since March. I had to see them due to an emergency dental need. Everyone made sure my fears & my health concerns were their utmost consideration. The office is so clean & neat too. I cannot express how much I appreciate all the staff at Pleasant Dental.

I was a little afraid of dentist because the anesthetic that they used never worked on me, but came here and explained the situation and dr Lyons assured me that it will work and to my surprise it did! I had a lot of work done on my teeth a bridge and crowns and also had a partial made that fits perfect and was all done very well and with no pain ! I highly recommend them to all my friends as they did a great job !

I'm in love with everyone here!! The customer service is beyond wonderful and my dentist- Dr Turk is a patient perfectionist! I recommend everyone I know to this place :)
