Moved out of town, needed to have my crown replaced. Flew in early morning from Co Springs, they performed a root canal & crown same day. Was finished and off to the airport for 4pm flight. Couldn’t be more impressed with their work & efficiency.

Not being a huge fan of the dentist to begin with I was nervous to go in even to get my teeth cleaned. Jamie made it a great experience she explained everything she did before she did it and made sure I was comfortable. My teeth felt great after! Not so nervous to go back to this office. Also, everyone was very nice in the office!

Today was an unusual day for me…I broke a tooth and needed to have it fixed. It is a Sunday morning and I am 10 days from knee replacement and I needed something done right away. I looked on line as not from around here and found out that Pleasant Dental was open today. Lucky for me when I called I spoke to a very pleasant and helpful gal.. Her name is Astryd she said to come in and they would see me. My experience was wonderful from the gentleman that took my X-rays to Chantel the assistant to Dr Mery. It was a relaxed experience and I was able to get a same day crown. I would recommend this Dental practice as I have no complaints from the first phone call to walking out the door. Everyone was awesome! I’ve always been terrified of going to the dentist and they had me laughing n smiling during the procedure. While always checking and asking that I was doing okay I am fully satisfied with the service I received and plan to make future appointments for regular dental maintenance. I will definitely pass out their business cards to my friends and family.

Amazing service! From my initial call to come in... And all the way through to the end. First off, I'd like to say that this is not my primary dental office, and I had an "emergency" temporary crown that had came loose and fell out. It's a holiday weekend (Saturday) This office was the ONLY office that happened to be open and near me and gosh... what a relief they gave me. They just blew me away! (My own primary dental office couldn't even help me, told me to wait til Tuesday) Pleasant Dental was able to get me seen 30 minutes after calling. Got my x-rays done as I mentioned pain and discomfort, and they got me fixed soon after and got my temp crown back in. Destiny was so friendly and outgoing and the gentleman that assisted was so knowledgeable. I think I might be making a switch very soon!

I came in for some urgent extractions (wisdom teeth are impacted and one was causing me pain). Not only was the front desk SO nice but so was the whole team!! My mom was a dental assistant for 25+ years and now does office management anyways- I’ve met a LOT of docs and today, my doctor outdid all the others I’ve ever met.
I wish so badly I could remember his name… he was probably early 50’s, great silver hair, and I think one of the techs mentioned something about him being from Brazil? I could have miss heard. Anyways, I got to observe him SUCCESSFULLY lead, teach, and have fun with everyone on his team! As a nursing student, I HOPE to land a doc like him in clinical a or anywhere! You could tell his whole team was happy and upbeat. Everyone was comfortable talking about strengths AND WEAKNESSES.. Everyone in the room was watching and he took care of me with ease. (In my opinion).
I was just so impressed with how happy and up beat the team was. Even when there was obviously a gap in communication- everyone adjusted and responded in such a great way.. ugh. I could go on. Great team work. Great care. Thank you for being the first business since COVID to make me feel like a valued customer being cared for by people who are well taken care of! By them a pizza party or something 🎊🎉
P.s. he did a great job getting my teeth out and helping me out, too! 🤣
