As embarrassing as it is, I have never been to the dentist in my entire life. And I am almost 30 years old. Woke up with shooting pain & knew that I couldn't avoid them this time. I work 12 hour days so finding a doctor/dentist office open late or on the weekends is very difficult. I woke up at 2:00 in the morning searching to find someone. Their online site to make the appointment & fill out all my insurance & personal info was so easy to use.
Now mind you, as it was my first time, I was absolutely TERRIFIED going in. The anxiety was real. But (and excuse me for possibly butchering the spelling on these names, I met so many people my first day) Kaitlyn was lovely when she took me back to make the general assessment of my issues. Demarius, Ali, Deondre, & Bailey were wonderful trying to help get my general x-rays. Doctor Dan was so kind in making me comfortable & not feel extremely awkward about never being into the dentist before. Danielle (which I think was her name, I really tried to remember everyone but it was quite a handful of people) helped me understand my billing & made sure I had no questions about anything.
They figured out what was wrong & already have me set up to get it taken care of (wisdom teeth, whoo hoo). And not only that, Doctor Dan was kind enough to comp my cleaning I got while I was there. I don't know if it was the holiday season or just general goodwill & kindness but it was the cherry on top of my first time.
I never would have believed that I would look FORWARD to going back to the dentist. Working in optical for 6-7 years, I had patients that dreading coming into the office for their routine exams. This is a place that will continue to keep me regular in my exams just because of the people. Thank you everyone for your support & kindness.

Check-in is efficient, staff is amazing as always and my hygienist was knowledgeable, so patient and friendly! Dr. Lyons made my transition (from Dr Dan) seamless and respectful. I recommend this team to everyone!

This is the worst dental experience I have ever had. Both times I have come here they have messed up my appointment objective and time. I know that certain procedures/issues take more time so I make sure I let the scheduler know on the phone what I am coming in for, or leave it in the note when I make the appointment. Both times they did not schedule enough time for my appointment and I was asked to come back. The dental hygienist’s are alright, usually rushing, but friendly. The dentist I have seen for my visits gives me crazy anxiety because I felt he was not confident in what he was doing, both times. He pricked my chin with his tool multiple times, sprayed water all over my face so it ran down my neck, and never asked how I was doing. Each time I have come here my service takes hours for them to get through.
