This was my first experience with Rockside. I've heard great things about them but never went to them. I don't like the dentist because I have extreme anxiety. I was in extreme pain & contacted them. They were able to get me in within 24hrs. The entire staff was friendly, listened to my complaint & divised a plan of action. I'm scheduled to see them again next week. Let's see if I still feel the same way then.

After being very unhappy with my dentistry elsewhere, I found a place that I feel terrific about. I was treated honestly; they really listened (staff and dentist), were professional, not full of marketing hooey, well priced (they have a 20% off membership you can buy for about 100 bucks that reduces your uninsured costs by 20% for a whole year!!). They were timely, haven't had to reschedule me, and they pay close attention to detail and your comfort. I rarely gush about medical/dental care, but I am so happy with Dr. Jackson! Most gentle extraction I've ever had! He was focused on me and went above my expectations for a caring, quality dentist. Also vital since I don't have a money tree in my backyard - they had the fairest price I've been given for my needed mouth work. I don't need fancy marketing, just great care with great equipment. But the most important part - the people! All of the people were friendly, but not fake, realistic, and did not assume I had a money tree. If you're looking for a new dentist, you really ought to consider them! I've got a 3 part treatment plan that will have me feeling better and smiling happily as I drive right on by my old dentist office!!

Great customer service. Everyone was very pleasant smiling and welcoming. The dentists are gentle and they listen to the customers. They explain everything they are doing. I think Dr Jackson is the greatest but you will be happy with any of the dentists.
