I’ve gone to Rockside for 6.5 years and I love them. They’re fun, positive, loving, caring, and amazing at dentistry. Dr. Slivka makes sure he hires the absolute best staff. Everyone is professional and you can tell they all love working there. I always have the same hygienist which is great because we’re building a relationship and she’s just so sweet and very gentle! I can actually relax while getting my teeth cleaned. Love them. Highly recommend always!

I had a tooth emergency and needed a dentist fast! I scheduled an appt. online and was able to get an appointment right away. It was super easy, was able to fill out all my paperwork before my appointment. Staff was very friendly and Dr. Jackson took his time explaining everything he was super easy to talk to and just a really nice guy! I am very pleased with my care and definitely will be seeing him from now on. Thank you Rockside Dental you ROCK!!!
Big Country
I just received a threatening letter in the mail from this office saying that I owed them money and that they have sent me statements and called me on the phone. I HAVE NOT received any statements or phone calls from them about this issue. I haven't even been a patient since 2020!
When I called the excuse was that my insurance didn't pay back in 2020 and they are just catching up because of "Covid". How that affects billing I have no idea?
Very unapologetic on the phone about the situation, and I'm waiting on a call back from the actual office manager.
I honestly am thinking this is some sort of SCAM.

I see Dr. Jackson here at this office and he has a wonderful bedside manner, he is professional and prompt. The entire staff has been very nice to work with; the office staff and all hygienists I have seen have been knowledgeable and more than competent at their jobs. I came here at the recommendation of a friend after recently moving to this side of town. The staff was friendly and helpful and the office was very clean and efficient, I didn’t have to wait at all. The front office staff was very helpful, as the office I had gone to before lost my X-rays from my previous visit and because my insurance wouldn’t cover another set within the year, they waived all fees for the X-rays that I was to get on this visit which I was very impressed with and thankful for! I saw Dr Jackson who was very personable and my hygienist,Tamara was so friendly and gentle. An overall great experience.
