Wonderful experience overall! Very friendly staff. Amanda and Giselle were great. Dr Jackson explained everything so i could understand and know what to do. I have been to other dentist offices in the past and these folks are the best. Thank you. See you next appointment!

I have been going to Rockside Dental for over 4 years & I love them! The office staff is friendly & helpful. The hygienists, I usually see Holly, are very thorough. The little dental work I have had done was extremely professional. I can't say enough good about them.

There are many people who hear the Imperial March of Darth Vader when they enter the dentist office. I hear it at high volume and instantly feel intense dread. At my first appointment at Rockside Dental the team of employees were great. I received my paperwork via email prior to my appointment and they actually read it before I arrived. The front desk welcomed me and there was no dreaded death march heard when my hygienist called me to the back to start chipping away at the levels of neglect on my teeth. She was patient, reassuring, communicative, and understanding. When the dentist entered the room he asked questions and actively listened to me and even more impressively he listened to the hygienist whom he worked collaboratively with. This dentist was no Darth Vader! He did have to break it to me that I need a filling, but that's my fault for avoiding the dentist for two years. I scheduled an appointment for my filling and I am not totally dreading it! You should schedule an appointment here!!

Dr Jackson was amazing, from the staff at the door to Tamra who did my cleaning, my experience was awesome. They were honest and kind, and took time to answer all my questions. The facility is beautiful and we have definitely made Rockside Dental our new dentist office.

This was my first appointment here. I drive by daily, looked at their website, they take new patients and took my insurance. This place was AMAZING! Each staff member I came in contact with during my visit was friendly and caring. If you are looking for a good dentist, check out this place! One of the best dental experiences I have had.

All staff members are dependably prompt, professional, and personable. My hygienist "Bobbie" did a great job of caring for me during my cleaning and was attentive to all of my concerns in insuring my comfort level. Great job!!

I am so glad I found Rockside Dental. I had my new patient appointment today and was made to feel right at home. Each person in the office is pleasant and caring. The inside of the office is clean, professional, and oh so cozy, and I just had an all around pleasant experience. I am looking forward to going back for my 6 month cleaning, and definitely looking forward to being a long time patient!

Had an implant done with Dr. Matt Slivka. Every thing was great for the first 4-months or so. After that it has been loose. I’ve gone back in a handful of times to get it fixed, with no
resolution.
I called the office to set an appointment 2-weeks ago. Left a message. No callback. Office staff has changed 3-times. I’m still waiting for
fallow up information they said “they summited”6- months ago now.
Not going back. If you just need cleanings the hygienist are great!
