Dr.John is excellent. My sons had multiple cavities and I needed a root canal. None of us experienced pain or discomfort. He was able to salvage one of my son's badly decayed teeth, avoiding a root canal. The staff is fantastic as well.

Dr. John and his staff are top notch!! They are always friendly from the moment you step in. Dr. John takes the time to explain all the procedures simply and ensures your always comfortable. They also make sure our 4-year old daughter is entirely comfortable...she loves visiting Dr. John! Thank you Dr. John and Ms. June!

First of all, Dr. John who should receive a 6 stars, that is how amazing his professional job has done on my case, such an efficient, accurate and all the processes being addressed at promptly manner. This is what you will expect:
a. Warms greeting all the time.
b. Shows the work results before/after in Xray/Color picture immediately.
c. Exams the concerns even you are not aware of it.
f. Up to speed procedures in place, Dr. John who worked 2 hours to fix my problem but, others may need more time I am sure of that.
e, Brings your kids in, yes, they do provide adequate service for age starting at 18 months.
You shall not missing to see Dr. John. Highly recommended.

Recently left 2 other Dentists because of the horrible service. I have been at Dr. Johns for about 6 mos. now and we are all happy with Dr. John, (me, husband and kids). I love the idea of us all going to one Dentist. The staff is great and everything that I have had to have done has been great.

Dr. John and his staff were professional, kept me well informed and comfortable throughout my procedure ! Dr. John met with me privately to discuss my medical and dental history before the exam . He was personable , knowledgable and kind ! This entire office made me feel welcome and I would highly recommend them !!

I have been going to Dr John for years and love him and all his staff. He is extremely personable and always describes things in a way I can understand. Appointments are always on time and convenient. I recently cracked a molar and he was available immediately. I was able to get thru it with minimal physical pain while June at the front desk helped me work thru the financial portion with ease. These guys are awesome!!

I went in for a cleaning and thought I might need a root canal. They went over all of the billing and estimates and asked for my payment of $197.00 which would be my portion after insurance. I paid in full and went back to get the root canal a week later, they informed me my portion did increase after verifying benefits and it was $750. That was a lot to me but I needed it and agreed as long as no other cost would be charged. Even after checking out I verified that I would not be charged anything else and they confirmed I was paid in full. I declined the additional cleaning appointment they recommended until the new year to utilize the new year benefits. Several months later I received a bill for $400. I called because I’m in shock and they claim that all bills are an estimate and that there is nothing they can do. They verified my benefits, they had all of the information and I just can’t see how they can be off by $400. I would not recommend this dentist office. I am still having issues with the root canal he did for me and will have to visit someone else to fix it. They will continue to tack on bills and not correct your problem if you go to Dentistry at Vickery Creek. Save time and money and go elsewhere. They have lost me as a customer and I will not take my family there like I had planned.

I have been going to Dr. John’s for over ten years. Tried a closer to home dentist once and was disappointed. Dr. Johns’s staff is great and you will not find a better dentist. I have a couple of dentist offices around the corner , but I drive almost an hour to see him. Thank you Dr. John and staff for making going to the dentist a great experience.

I just visited this office for an emergency replacement of a crown. I am officially, seriously, one of the cowards that hate going to the dentist from a childhood trauma. This office was fantastic, full of life and assured me that this will be different, and it was. Dr. A (John) explained everything he was doing or about to do and it eased my anxiety incredibly. I used to see a mouth witch, now I see a mouth wizard!

Prior to visiting Dr. John a few years ago, I did not see a dentist for 10 years so. I had a dentist phobia after several experiences that I will never forget from dentist visits during my childhood and teen years. Upon my first cleaning he immediately noticed several cavities and one seriously painful molar that required a root canal or extraction. I asked him to attempt to salvage that molar and he did with a root canal/crown. I was terrified to experience that procedure but I honestly felt no pain at all, just pressure. After that he fixed a front cracked tooth that had a bad cavity and some other medium to low level cavities. It's been a couple years since then, so now I'm just maintaining my teeth/gums with normal brushing/flossing. I recommended Dr. John to my wife and Mom. I highly recommend his staff and services to anyone.
