Definitely the best experience I've ever had at a dentist. Sometimes you can just tell right away if they're focused on taking care of people and this was certainly the case. On a Monday evening, my crown popped out while flossing and part of my tooth came with it. Tuesday morning I called around different places in Augusta and many of them would not take dental emergencies if I wasn't an existing patient (I travel full time so I don't have a particular dentist I always go to). Gentle Family Dentistry set me up with an appointment for that afternoon.
When looking at the tooth, they recommended an extraction and putting in a dental implant, and set up the surgery for an hour later. That afternoon I was out the door with my new dental implant. Dr. Kwon and the entire staff were very professional and friendly and explained all the steps, procedure, and risks clearly. They even gave me an estimate beforehand on how much it would likely cost. Really could not have asked for more transparency in the whole process.
