Gentle Family Dentistry - Augusta

I found this dentistry from my insurance provider site. I called them and was able to get in rather quickly. It was my first time to a dentist in over a decade. The staff was welcoming and warm. I felt extremely comfortable. The hygienist was polite and explained things very well. The doctor was sincere, easy to understand, and was very kind. Upon leaving I set up appointments for both of my kids and my husband. They are a wonderful dentistry.

Dr. Sul does amazing work. He is very well educated and knows his stuff. He takes the time to explain to patients what treatment needs to be done. He explains the importance of each procedure. You can tell he truly cares about his patients. The environment is great as well. The front staff are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I would highly recommend this practice!

Wonderful first time experience especially with a two and half year old.

I am satisfied beyond words, the technician was super gentle.. and very knowledgeable.
She relayed all my concerns with the doctor in a very professional way.. it’s very easy to see when people enjoy their job.
The doctor was great. He took the time to show pictures and pointed out his concerns and a definite plan of action .

The whole team is amazing and welcoming! I went in very anxious and with some very serious issues. I’ve seen them 3 or 4 times and they have been very reassuring each time. Dr. Sul is amazing and I feel very confident that I am on my way to a speedy path towards a healthy mouth. I am confident that my teeth look as good as they feel now. Thank you all so much! I never went anywhere before and I will not go anywhere else now.

These guys are the best! Very gentle and thorough during cleanings and x-rays. Always friendly. Dentist provided me and my Husband with PAIN FREE numbing for a filling. Something I've never seen before! I definitely recommend for adults AND children.

I am so glad I found Gentle Family Dentistry! My dentist and hygienist of 40 years had both retired about 9 years ago. My husband and I have been going to Florida for the last 9 years and haven't had a problem with our teeth until I recently had a filling fall out. I read the reviews here and decided to give this dentistry a try. I am so glad I did! They got me right in for x-rays and cleaning and a few hours later they got me in for the fillings. It was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had at a dentist's office. I can't wait for my husband to go for his appointment, because I know he will fall in love with this place.
