Dr. Sul and his entire team of personable, professional folks have been able to do an exam, a cleaning, and two fillings where I felt nothing but listened to, in control, and in the hands of consummate professionals that are passionate about their work, and willing to go the extra mile to calm me down.
It took three years to build this rapport at my previous out of state dental office. It has taken less than three months at Augusta Gentle Family Dentistry.

Just went in for some fillings. Something I thought everyone dreded. Until NOW! I had the best experience ever getting my filling. On a scale of 0-10 I had a 0 pain level. I didn’t even feel the Novocain go in. I took a little nap while they were working on me. They took before, during and after photos to show me after they were done working on my tooth. They did an amazing job! When can I go back to the dentist!

I have been a patient of Dr. Reynolds since the mid-80s. He is an excellent dentist. His work is top notch and, importantly, he does not push work on people that they do not need! I have referred several of my friends who have had unfortunate experiences with other dentists or chain dental places and they were very pleased to find from Dr. Reynolds that they either did not need the work or there was a simpler, less expensive form of treatment for their problem. I urge anyone looking for a good dentist in the Augusta area to give Dr. Reynolds a call.

I was even more surprised by the flawless teamwork between Dr. Sul and his assistant Sarah who performed a pain free dental crown procedure on me. Equally important are the administrative staff at this practice who provided extraordinary customer service. Great personalities, superior technology, comfortable environment, excellent teamwork and I'm pretty sure Dr. Sul has magic fingers.

I have been going to Gentle Family for 1yr. I had been to Smile Designs before, so i was skeptical at first. But, the hygienist, Kayla,was great. Does thorough cleaning and took pictures of my individual teeth. That was new.
She went over the pics with me. Made me determined to floss more! Lol Dr. Sul was extremely nice and asked about any concerns. It was a pleasant experience.
