This morning I called to cancel my 4pm cleaning due to my work schedule changing last minute. Well....I ended up getting off work earlier than expected so I called just to see if I could get my appointment back (thankfully I work in the same business plaza) ...Chanda said “Come in!” I honestly couldn’t believe it. The front office is so flexible and accommodating!

I used to be the kind of person that requests a specific hygienists - not here! ALL of my hygienists have been extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Susan did my cleaning today and gave me some really good info about preventative measures I should be taking. And Dr. Racanelli is personable and actually gets to know his patients!

This office DOES NOT staff robots and I’m here for it.

It’s weird, people are always in my mouth when I’m in this office and we have more conversation than my PCP!

I’m a certified dentaphobic and yet I have no problem seeing Dr Raccinelli or his terrific staff for my dental needs big or small. Dr R is personable, friendly, knowledgeable and most of all gentle. He does quality work. I highly recommend him

I recently made my first visit to Stunning Smiles and I received a truly impressive introduction to Dr Racanelli’s practice. From the initial phone consultation to entering the practice and through the entire visit with Dr Racanelli, every interaction with the Stunning Smiles team was professional and exceeded expectations. The positive tone set by Julia on my initial call extended to entering the sparkling clean office, where the team warmly greeted me, then on to pre-appointment processing with Kennedy, who handled the photos and meeting prep with the certainty of the experienced pro that she is. Dr Racanelli was engaging, showed great interest in answering all my questions and carefully explained the exam results.

I was equally impressed with the professionalism and pleasant treatment extended to a walk-in patient; the team member showed sincere engagement, and patiently answered all his questions and set up a future appointment. Over the years I have witnessed office staff from other Dental and Medical practices treat walk-in customers with detachment and an impatient attitude...

I’ve been a patient at Stunning Smiles for just about 3 years now! Everyone makes it a point to make you feel like you’ve known each other for years! I believe Dr. Racanelli is both professional and super attentive/efficient in his dentistry! It’s so hard to find anyone nowadays that truly cares. I love that he is so up to date..... He is always on the up and up with new technological advances in dentistry!

Today was my first visit and I already love this place. From the beginning Julia has always been a great help over the phone and setting appointments. Susan made me feel very comfortable today which made me feel less anxious throughout the appointment which I greatly appreciated! :)

Always look forward to my cleanings and Rachel, the hygienist, always does a superb job. Incredibly gentle but consistently manages to do a thorough cleaning leaving my teeth feeling refreshed and invigorated.

I was visiting from out of town and I had an old crown that fell off. I like their online reviews and gave them a call. They were able to see me the next morning (since I was not in pain) and they were able to reattach my old crown. They did that plus x-ray and consultation for their office visit price. How awesome is that in this day and age. I would recommend these fine folks to anyone who asks. I left with a Stunning Smile because of their service and more than fair cost to me. Don S.

I always enjoy coming to my dental appointments at Dr Racanellis office. The office is clean, the staff is always friendly, there’s minimal wait time and they provide good solid dental services. I’ve been coming here for years and have referred several friends here.

Not with just Dr. Racanelli but every single encounterment at this office is worth the 5 star rating. Not one employee lacks courtesy, patience, bedside manners, or empathy. I've experienced extreme anxiety my whole life and the past 2-3 years I can say I've come a very long way and the credit is due to this office and this dentist. Everyone within the office is extremely professional and so friendly! I was greeted with a warm welcome and I am not a fan of having to go see a dentist, but everyone made me feel extremely comfortable. Making the appointment went so smoothly- from getting down the personal info, insurance info, all the way down to an expected payment... and on the day of my appointment- every procedure was explained thoroughly, and if another procedure was needed or suggested, I was quoted a price right then and there and I was asked first if it was something that I wanted to be done that same day. Everyone had such a positive attitude. I enjoyed the conversations and the the shared laughs. They really put their clients first! Thank you Dr. Sidhu and Staff! You all run an amazing workforce!
