Having moved our family of 5 across the country in the middle of a pandemic, we quickly needed to settle into a groove and finding a good dentist was right up there as the least favorite of our upcoming priorities. From the moment my family and I walked in the door, the Stunning Smiles staff quickly proved that it was one of the most easy transitions we made! They were welcoming, professional and a breath of fresh air. I’ve never had a more thorough and stress-free experience at any other dentist office... Quite literally from one side of the country to the other! Dr Richard Rancanelli and his staff were all excited to meet us, ready to engage and handled us each with the upmost respect and care. They were so dialed that it was clear we were in the best hands and couldn’t be happier to to have landed in town and feel like we’ve hit the ground running.

Dr. Racanelli is fantastic. He's caring, attentive, & knowledgeable. He tells you exactly what is needed to maintain your dental health. If you're interested in Cosmetic Dentistry, he's simply the best. In my case, I now have the perfect smile. I highly recommend a visit to this office!

Such a welcoming environment. The whole group is friendly and personable. I went for Invisalign consultation and they are all very informative on the process. The Dr explained everything in great detail. Was very attentive to my needs and concerns. They were not pushy at all to get things started, and completely willing and understanding to work with my schedule. The package included more than other places I got quotes for and pricing is very reasonable.

Everyone was wonderful. My first visit was great. Dr. Raccanelli explained his plans and goals with me, and what I need to do to keep my teeth healthy. My dental hygienist, Heather, was amazing and very patient. Rachel was great explaining the finance part and what I can do to save and make affordable payment. Great dentist office and great team. The best one I've ever been to.

I have been a patient of Dr. Racanelli’s for somewhere around 8 years. It has been great. There is a newer

hygienist who started recently...I had the pleasure of having an appointment with her. It was amazing! She it an asset to the team.
There is something that occurred that has me upset. I had a root canal last summer that needs a crown. I opted to wait till the new year because of the cost. I had used all of my dental benefits for 2020. Unfortunately my flex spending account is frozen because I am still waiting for an itemized bill from this office since June, and I can’t use my 2021 account until this is rectified. So they would not make the appointment to have a crown filled because I have to put a 50% deposit down in order to secure the appointment. I have never not shown for an appointment I’ve had to cancel on occasion to to conflicting schedules, but I have done so minimally, and they have had to cancel as well.
I am sadly disappointed that the reason I was told I have to put 50% down is because Dr. Racanelli‘s time is valuable. Well, I am a professional in healthcare as well, and my time is just as valuable, as is my word.

This has really rubbed me the wrong way, so disappointed in the lack of professionalism from the front desk ....not sure what I will do moving forward, but will not be recommending this office anymore. I didn’t realize that the almighty dollar came before caring for the patient....and there are people needing dental work who cannot afford that deposit. Does that mean they suffer? Just not right!

Amazing customer service and skillful dentistry! Stunning smiles is a state of the art office with a friendly and comfortable feeling. Rest assured you will be in good hands from the time you walk in the door until you leave smiling!

I frequent this establishment for basic maintenance and other treatments to keep my dental work up to par.

Recently I had a crown put in and during the procedure I was so comfortable I actually fell asleep.

The facility and all of their state of the art equipment and the precautious screening they do for your initial Consultation such as taking your blood pressure & Pre cancerous screening was mind blowing. Great patient and staff interaction! I’m not a fan of dentistry, for various reasons, but the dentist and staff are so welcoming and accommodating; that I may just yet get over my fears of going to the dentist and having to have all the work done I need.

I have only been for my initial consultation, have not had any work done yet. Staff was very friendly, helpful and informative. Office is very clean. I didn’t wait in waiting room long, which is often my biggest complaint. I am excited to go back for services, I have a feeling I won’t be disappointed.

I had quite a bit of teeth restoration work performed. Partial crowns and a large filling. The customer service is top notch, the equipment and staff are beyond amazing. Dental work is never fun or pain free, but they made my experience the best I’ve ever had at a dentist. From start to finish I was very happy with my proceedure. I highly recommend them for any and all of your dental needs. I have already recommended them to my friends and family.
