Who knew there could be a 5-star dentist??!! The greeting and tour as a new patient were nice touches. Dr. R obviously enjoys people and was very attentive answering all questions with a 'stunning smile' of his own. I also liked the relaxed atmosphere wherein the whole staff was laughing and obviously enjoying working together. A 5-star experience for the discriminating amongst us.
Update: as of 10 weeks after my crown was installed, it fell out at which time I was home, unfortunate for me since I swallowed it. Still saving funds for the next one because insurance won't pay the 2nd time around.
