Everyone was pretty nice, nothing over the top. They did get me in under an emergency visit which was great, if they would have done something for me. The wait time was absolutely horrible, I was told to be there by 10:30 and didn't get seen till after 12 (someone else was there at 8 and didn't get seen till 11). Once I was seen I told the doctor "I have a nervous system disorder that causes me to passout and have seizure like activity when I get needles", once he found that out he told me I had to have someone else take care of me. This was very unprofessional in my opinion, I do understand not wanting to deal with someone who passes out the way I do.The very next day I went to another local dentist, told him the exact same thing and he took exceptional care of me and took care of my extremely painful tooth. I will not be returning to this dentist due to lack of empathy and crazy long wait times.

The staff are not overly wonderful, there's like one or two girls who seem to have good hearts. Dr Pollina is probably just in it for the money. He definitely does not care about doing good dental care. I almost had a root canal I didn't need because of him. They couldn't even do fillings properly! Needless to say I will never go back and I hope this place stops attracting people because he is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Been bringing my son here for last year or so and the staff and dentist seem nice. The only complaint I have is the long wait. Had an appointment on 8-8-21 for a basic cleaning at 10:30 and didn't get taken back till noon. Now it's 1:30 and my son still hasn't come out yet but 2 people who went after he did already left. Extremely upset over the time it takes. Time to start looking for another dentist

Inaccurate representation of emergency appointments. I called and emailed 2 days in a row for an appointment. I had a back tooth that needed extracted. I was in horrible pain, asked to pay cash if my insurance was the issue. Staff said it didn’t matter, no service for almost 2 weeks. I stated pain meds and antibiotics were not working. They would not do an emergency appointment.

No changing table for children, ridiculous waiting time for everyone there: almost 2 hours after appointment time we get back there and it’s disgusting. One open room only curtains separating everyone I can hear and partially see everyone getting work done around me. And the main receptionist on 3/31/2022 Was as rude and unhelpful as ever.Would never bring my child back to that dump. Highly recommend to go anywhere else

Today was my (soon to be) 19 year old daughter's first solo dentist visit. She had not even made it to the point of getting her X-Rays yet, the first step, before she called me crying because of how rude, inconsiderate, and disrespectable the technician was treating her. She was verbally harassed and shamed in front of other staff members and patients because she hadn't been there in the past 2 years and because of the condition of her teeth. As a mother this is absolutely heartbreaking and extremely discouraging. If you cannot be sympathetic and caring towards your cliental why would you choose a career that requires you to do so? My daughter was already a terrified and a ball of nerves going into this appointment and the tech made her anxiety 10x worse. No one, regardless of their age should have to cry while being X-rayed because of a person that obviously has zero compassion in their heart. Please don't subject your children to this atmosphere, unless you want them to be permanently scarred and forever terrified of visiting the dentist.

I feel he is only money hungry because all he had to say is there was no infection in my mouth and clear me for surgery but no I have to get four teeth deep cleaned and pins put in my teeth that would cost me $100 per tooth that would be a total of $400 out of my pocket and I don't have that kind of money this is why I don't like dentist because they are suppose to listen to the patient but when you tell him none of the teeth are bothering you he still wants you to get the procedure done before he will ok the clearance for surgery

Dr. Pollina and his employees are straight up awesome. They saw me asap and pulled my bad tooth with minimal discomfort. Really cool people. Only took about 2 mins to remove it and I was on my way. I don't have insurance so it was awesome that they're affordable too. Plus I thought the pews I the waiting room were a pretty cool touch. I'll be going here for all of my dentistry needs in the future.

Wait times are always ridiculous, at least an hour. If I'm fifteen minutes late, I have to reschedule... but it's fine for them to be over an hour late? It always seems like they schedule way too many people at the same time for one dentist. People are nice, though.

Dr. Pollina and his staff are extraordinary. Their approach to dentistry is unlike most offices. He and his team are some of the most hardworking professionals we have ever met. They did work for my family and didn’t leave until it was finished which was well past their “normal hours of operation”. This is the dental office of the future. Highly recommend!
