Worst office you will ever find. If you’re driving out of the way keep on driving to a QUALIFIED office. This one is far from it.

Dr Pollina and staff are always friendly, accommodating and make you feel very comfortable while getting work done. I have had multiple procedures done (including root canals, fillings and extractions) and I have never had a problem. I have always had a great experience while there. Dr.Pollina is very skilled and will walk you through each procedure and answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend New Dimensions Dentistry to anyone looking for the BEST dentist around!

I highly recommend this Dentistry!! The Dentist, the Assistants, the Staff are awesome!! It's nice to have a Dentist that is also an Oral Surgeon. Cleanings, taking care of cavities, extractions and so much more!!!
They're on top of everything. I'm so thankful that I found this Dentist and all the fantastic assistances and staff.

I give only one star. Honestly, this place doesn’t even deserve to have this star. I was referred to come here because my dentistry felt it was a little closer to me and more convenient. I was scheduled for a root canal. THAT’S IT. While I was there, I had an X-ray in my mouth 20 times because the assistant could not get a good picture. While I sat in the chair, Dr. Pollina comes up to me and asks me what I’m here for, so I tell him “a root canal, that’s it”. Right after I told him that, he told my fiancé (who was in the room) to go and wait in the waiting room. After she left, Dr. Pollina asked me why I had a silver cap on my top right tooth, so I told him “I’m getting a permanent crown on that tooth sometime in March”. I didn’t know what he said after that because he gave me laughing gas and he proceeded with the root canal. The process took about 1.5 hours, and he gave me the consent paper for the laughing gas AFTER THE PROCEDURE. The real reason why this man ruined my life is because while I was under the laughing gas, all dazed and confused, Dr. Pollina takes off my temporary cap and tells me “I can find a way to repair that tooth so I’m gonna remove the temporary cap.” and he then leaves to go to his other patients. 30 minutes later he comes back telling me “I am still trying to find a way to save that tooth.”. He then leaves again to go and check my x-rays and when he comes back he tells me “I am sorry, Caleb, but there is no way I can save your tooth”. He proceeds to continuously tell me that ”it’s too rotten, it’s too decayed, we need to take it out”. I never wanted that tooth pulled because I had planned with my dentist to get a permanent cap on. He went on making me feel like I NEED to get it removed. So he put in numbing shots in my mouth and left me again for like 15 minutes, letting the shots wear off. Then when he came back he had all of the extracting equipment and went to work. I cried because of how rough he was being. I felt my tooth being ripped out of my mouth, a tooth that wasn’t even supposed to be pulled out. He then tells me that he’s gonna give me more shots and those ended up being very painful. After the procedure I sat there all confused thinking to myself “what just happened??”. Dr. Pollina had us there for over 3 hours. He stepped out of line, crossed boundaries, did work I did not come in for, and was very unprofessional. During my agonizing experience, Dr. Pollina loosened my other tooth directly next to the tooth he should not have extracted. Approximately a week after that visit I go back to Somerset Dental and they had to clean my dry socket that was caused from him butchering the tooth extraction he was not supposed to do. Somerset Dental also had to remove the tooth that he loosened during the unnecessary tooth extraction. I was treated very poorly when I was supposed to be his priority, he stole my smile away from me, he degraded me as a person, I have had the worse experience of my life.

The first time coming to this particular dentist office was terrible and I do not recommend this dentist to anyone. We had an appointment on 3/13 at 1 pm and as were waiting a patient just went back who was waiting since 11am and at this point it is already 1 pm. There were several people waiting to be seen as everyone's waiting you could hear people in the back chatting and laughing. It is now 3 pm and we are still waiting and they're are people who are currently going back to be seen who have been there just as long or longer. I also noticed there are alot of signs up stating about fees for no shows or late appointments, I feel that if they are expecting this of their patients the least they could do is to be more timely and sympathetic to their patients as they have responsibilities as well.

I felt very comfortable at my appointment, the atmosphere is relaxed and the staff made me feel at ease. Cindy was especially helpful and one of the nicest people I have met. She was very friendly and just an overall awesome person. Dr. Pollina was also very nice. They made my day such an enjoyable experience. Thank you

Where most others wanted me to wait 3-6 months to get all of my husbands teeth removed, He removed his teeth the same day of his first appointment. This dentist is top notch. He has a wonderful and friendly personality. He is kind and caring and really understands what tooth pain does to a person. This practice is so good that they can usually get you in within a day or so if you are having tooth pain. I would recommend them for anyone...including children of all ages. I wish I could give this a high star score.

They don't even deserve a star They schedule 6 people at the same time for 2 dentists then after waiting 2 hours if you ask how long it's going to be they tell you "tough" go wait. we have it posted in our waiting room about the wait. plus I think the receptionists play a game called let's pretend we can't hear anyone that comes to the window.Do they think that their patients don't have lives and families and other priorities to tend to? Avoid this place

I have full coverage insurance. First they wanted 100$ cash for a special cleaning then they wanted a cash deposit to get impressions for dentures sent to the lab. Never again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Most of the hygienists are nice, however I had two girls work on my teeth and chat like I wasn’t even there. Dr. Pollina (I felt) bullied me into a tooth extraction, made me feel like I had no other choices and it HAD to be done. After the novocaine injections I left with shocks and pain in my face and chin. I saw three other doctors and was confirmed with trigeminal neuralgia (look it up! The most painful condition). I’ll ALWAYS have shocks in my face. After doing some research I also found that he had an office in Pittsburgh where he was using PAPER CLIPS as posts for root canals. Avoid this dentist at all costs!!
