New Dimensions Dentistry

Very poor customer service.. the Dr. Assistant .. was avery clueless person ..they put me in a room and forgot I was there I had to get up and go .. fill out paper work that no one read ask me for all my mediation I take and wanted to do produce as I was on blood thinner if they would have read my paper work they all seem lost like if was their first time working too many patience for one Dr....have taken time to read the documents they would have know that I was on blood thinner.. 3 time

My kids love this dentist (they seriously always want to go), I love this place, and my fiance is about to love it as well...So super caring and gentle, which from my past experience is very very hard to find. My children are 4 and 7...Even at 3yrs she loved this place.

If i could i would give this place 0 stars the reason is they schedule my wife for 1 on 9-15-2020 but they also schedule 5 other people for that time to and they only have 2 dentist they should only schedule 2 people at the same time since they have 2 dentist not 6 people at the same time we ask the one lady how long it will take she said i will be right back and never came back then another lady came to the window and we asked her how long it will be she said i dont know then she said 1 hour or so then she said it can take 1 hour or more because thire is 5 people ahead of you so then we left will never come here again this place is a big joke dont go here go somewhere else

Schedule an emergency appointment from Ohio for my husband working in Pennsylvania. The staff there was extremely helpful, far more so than the other offices I called. I highly recommend them.

Don't come here unless you feel like being tortured. Worst experience I've ever had how does this man have a license? I was in so much pain leaving here I had to go to emergency room. 15 shots of lidocaine in one sitting.

i went to new dimensions on scalp avenue johnstonw pa. i had never had cavities before and they told me i had nine. i couldnt believe it. but i didnt know any better so i let them fill them. they messed them all up i cant chew anything they are so sensitive. and i cant get my records because they claim i owe a fee to them for not showing up to an app but they mss scheduled it and the lady on thephone got really smart with me. i hate that place so much. i would love to sue them so badly. i have fibromyalgia and my teath were the only part of me that didnt hurt. well now everything does. im so uppset.

I've been with Dr. Pollina for about 11-12 years now and he's amazing, I've never had a problem with him, or his surgeries, they're always so nice there, I definitely recommend him 10/10

We had an appointment at 11 and it’s 12:45 now. They keep taking other people who got there later before us and keep telling us we’re next on the list. Would never recommend this place. If I could give this 0 stars I would
