This time around the staff was rude mainly the actual dentist sone chinesse dude he had a attitude toward me and my daughter. He wants this tooth out right away but alittle hard when the oral sugens they put for u to go see dont work on kids under 12. My child is ten. He told me that my daughter needs to stop drinking anything sweet for one she dont she drinks water . and told me i need to change her diet no ur not her parent i am . he was highly rude . and if it was me something needs to be done.

Terrible service I do not recommend it to anyone I went for a routine cleaning and I only use water and no fluoride or anything and it only took a minute like that it is possible terrible service.

Dr Lee is the man. He’s open. Honest. Checks to make sure you’re not feeling any pain while he’s working on you. Just an all around cool guy and the receptionists are sweet girls....Elite dental is the best dentist office in Lancaster...

Had a dental issue while on vacation in the area. Crown on front tooth came off. Needed it bonded back in place.
Waste of time going here!
They wanted to take full mouth x-rays. To put a crown on...for a once/done visit? Why do they need x-rays of full mouth? I refused.
Doc came in...wanted to x-ray base tooth before applying. OK that's understandable. I was going to agree...then he said he needed to x-ray after the crown was applied. I refused and left. What a joke outfit. I seriously question the integrity of this place. Why is it so hard to find people who just want to "do the right thing"?

One-star because they don't even deserve that this place is horrible I went through way too much with this place to even begin to explain to you what I went through the entire staff from the front desk to the dentist and the dentist assistants unprofessional horrible not friendly at all I would advise everyone do not I mean do not waste your time with Elite Dental because more than likely you're going to be upset

The staff is awesome the doctor that you just taking care of me is great they're very kind and considerate always wondering how you feeling always wondering if everything is going well with the work that we're doing progressing to the ultimate goal and I just find them extraordinary very friendly more than I could ask for they make a great team and my doctor's fantastic show how I would recommend them to anyone and everyone they go and do little children all the way up to Old geezers LOL and I just want to send out a great big thank you to the entire staff and my doctor because I am very pleased so far with the way I've been treated and the way things are going so thank you very much Elite Dental you guys are the greatest dentist I've ever been to I mean that sincerely so if you're thinking about a dentist don't think too hard and don't think too long just call Elite down what's wrong set up an appointment and go that's what I say that's how I feel I just wish I would have just found them sooner take care of everybody and like I said when in doubt call Elite and I'll help you with all your dental problems without question without question and hands down they are the best!!!!!
