All the staff was great! Front desk staff was very helpful I felt good about that because it was my first time there. I'm not a dentist fan but the dentist that extracted my tooth was great! The dentist knew exactly were I needed to be numbed your probably thinking we'll yes they should, but you'd be surprised. I have to say I highly recommend this dental office.

My first experience with Elite Dental was not up to par whatsoever. I was there for a six month cleaning/checkup. Upon completing the paperwork, the doctor did not review prior to attending to me, to know that I am blind and deaf on the right side. He addressed me from the right side. I was taken back and seated, bite-wing x-rays were completed immediately and then I waited for the doctor. Over 40 minutes went by, the doctor came and stated that I had cavities he could see from my x-rays. He stated he was going to clean my teeth upon return for the fillings. I requested the cleaning then as scheduled and he obliged. The cleaning I received was the electric drill bit to remove plaque. I did not have my teeth brushed, flossed, or fluoride placed. Upon checkout, a summary of the visit was requested for the facility I am in and the staff would not print one stating, "We do not release that information." This is the worst dental experience I have ever had and I do not recommend this facility to anyone.

Random Thoughts
This review may be a little premature as I've only been here once for my initial consultation, xrays ect. But pros Friendly staff. Informative technician & dentist. The only con I have so far is I've had called for two days in a row after my appointment to request my xrays to be sent to another facility to avoid being charged again. I had to go in person to find and empty office with two young ladies at the front desk. Maybe I walked in after a big rush left but reading some of these reviews I'm not so sure any more🤔
I have follow up scheduled will have a follow up review.

Had a great experience bringing myself and my daughters to Elite Dental in Lancaster, PA. Initially I was unsure about the location of the office as it is in an older strip mall, but that outward appearance proved to be non-consequential for our actual experience. Staff was very diverse, helpful, and courteous to us. Language and dialect was a little difficult to understand at times with some staff, but posed no problems at all with our care. We received a thorough understanding of the state of our dental health from the Dentist and were given clear instructions for next steps. Happy to be a returning customer.

This was my first visit and everyone was very polite, respectful, and friendly from the front desk to the dentist himself. The dentist took his time and explained everything to me. I was so impressed by everyone there that I am switching my son from his current dentist to Elite Dental. I drove 50 minute and it was well worth the drive.

Excellent service you're in and out they don't waste no time they take care of you immediately I'd like other dental places to where you can sit there for 2 or 3 hours until you get your teeth taken care of they have you on the ball man they're right there for you and they give you very good and special instructions I'm watching to keep everything right and they are very kind and generous and friendly I couldn't ask for a better dental place

Let me first say.. I am terrified of dentist. Bad experiences as a chil. But my dentist was amazing. She pulled all my teeth n was very concerned if I was ok. Gave me more shots if I felt it. They were buggers to get out. She did it. I cant say how wonderful she is. If you are scared , you wont be here. Thank u to all elite dental staff. YOUR THE BEST!!!!!@@
