I was happy with the service people behind the desk. They were very fast getting you back which scared me because I don't want a dentist who rushes a patient so they could get more patients I felt my dentist was rushing me a bit. She came across like she wanted me to rush to get to another patient. She could have spent more time with me because I've always had pretty good appointments.....not here but back where I lived in Allentown. I would have liked if she spent a little bit more time with me. I do have questions that I'd like to talk about because I've never had any serious problems with my teeth. OH......when she entered the room, she walked in after reviewing my chart and said in a real kinda degrating tone of voice and said my hole mouth has cavities like she was grossed out. She mentioned the erosion on my teeth from sugar and coffee. I don't know she just rushed so bad. I miss the days when I had "good insurance" at least they don't rush you out the door....they take time with you and go I've issues that you have and come up with a plain. I don't have months or years to get these teeth out....they are so bad.

Some positive. Some negative. Dentist seemed knowledgeable and somewhat friendly but two things I don't like. I don't appreciate him acting as if it is my responsibility to pull my child's teeth out. He is the dentist. I consider that his responsibility. She has been wiggling her teeth for awhile and they were not coming out. Secondly, I would like to be informed prior to any injection if it has epinephrine in it. Also, I would like to be given alternatives to epinephrine. Very uncomfortable with that stuff. Prefer only to use in event that my child is having an allergic reaction. Update: April 19, 2022, now having issues with scheduled appointments due to their staffing shortage. You cannot get through on the phone anymore when you call. You have to go to the building to make an appointment . I arrived there yesterday to find out they cancelled my children's three appointments for today, April 20th. Thinking I should probably return to Smilebuilderz. They are more dependable.

To be honest not great. Maybe a bad day but the assistant did not introduce himself and was not very friendly. The Dentist was not any better. Trying to ask questions acted like I was being a bother. 60 yrs old, many dentists I can say worste care and treatment I've recieved. The other staff ok but I senced tension. Again maybe a bad day. It happens. I'm a health care provider. Shouldn't happen. Thank you. Christopher Robertson

They are great people they do everything they can to help make it affordable for someone without insurance. The dentist explained everything and he and the staff made it a stress-free experience. I am very happy I found them. I highly recommend their them.
Just updating I've been again and again it was an awesome experience I wish I could give them more stars than or on here they are absolutely awesome update I am not the greatest to taking care of my teeth as ashamed as I am to admit this it is therefore really great to have company like elite dental I'm going to make it easy on you not just monetarily but emotionally everybody knows how fearful the dentist office is. Again I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Had a little anxiety going to a new Dentist with some bad reviews, but everything was great. Clean office, nice staff, everyone wore masks (also offered new masks if you had a old one), no hassle with insurance, and the hygienist, and dental x-ray technician were awesome. Highly recommend.
I had to wait about 35 mins past my appointment but it’s understandable with the other dentist in the area not accepting Medicare anymore.

The ppl who work there are extremely unprofessional. I chipped my front tooth and the dentist made me feel like I couldn't afford to pay for my filling. She made my tooth way longer then the other I had to have her fix it like 5 times to get it right. Also didn't smooth it out or anything.. The other dentist sat up front with the front girls and cracked jokes and was very immature. The front desk ppl are pretty nice tho. O and I paid 300 dollars for a tiny chip in my tooth to be filled. Also cleaning was horrible no flossing just a little of the water pic and then the brushed them. I will be looking for a new dentist ASAP. Place is HORRIBLE

Would not recommend. Horrible experience. My dental insurance coverage changed at the beginning of 2021. My previous dentist was no longer in network, and I needed to find a new dentist within the network. I chose Elite Dental because it was in the network, close to my house, and the online reviews (I should have checked the current online reviews before I went in). I made an appointment for February 24, 2021 the same day I had a follow up appointment at my previous dentist for a six-month teeth cleaning and exam.
On February 10, 2021 I had an immediate adverse reaction to the second dose of the Covid-19 vaccine. I was off-work and not feeling well for ten days. In the meantime, I saw my Primary Care Physician to ensure nothing else was wrong and a follow up appointment with her was made to conflict with the appointment I made for February 24, 2021. I called February 18th and 22nd leaving messages both times that I was unable to make my appointment and I wanted to reschedule. I did not hear back from the office until the afternoon of February 24th. The woman I spoke with said, “you missed your appointment this morning”. I told her that I had called twice to reschedule and never heard back from them. She offered to reschedule, and we made an appointment for March 17th at 10AM.
When I arrived on the March 17th around 9:50AM the door was locked and there were people working inside. The office was open when I returned at 9:58AM. The check in process was unremarkable and the ladies were pleasant. After I was taken back to the examination room, I was told that I needed to have x-rays done. I explained that I had x-rays completed in September of 2020 at my previous dentist, I could have the records sent over, and that I just wanted the teeth cleaning. I was told that because it was six months prior the office policy was to not accept records from another practice and that x-rays would be required every six months. I reluctantly agreed to the x-rays.
After the x-rays were completed (around 10:45am) someone told me the dentist would be in. I said that I thought that was strange since every other dentist I had ever been to the dental hygienist cleans my teeth and the dentist comes in for the exam. I was told that the dentist was going to be cleaning my teeth because they do not have a dental hygienist. The dentist came in and began cleaning my teeth (using an electric scaler and polishing with the gritty toothpaste, the dentist did not use floss). Once he began the cleaning process, he did not stop to allow me to rinse my mouth until I indicated that I needed a break. He was very rough, and I would describe the experience as torture. He hit my gums multiple times with the electric scaler, I had to strain my neck to try and move away because he was not paying attention to the physical cues, I was giving him. The cleaning process was ‘completed’, and I had checked out, and left the office by 11am.

Today was my first appointment going to Elite Dental. The Customer service was excellent! The front desk staff were so welcoming, pleasant and very helpful. The nice Hygienist who attended me was awesome, very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my procedure step by step. She made sure that I understood everything from start to end, also made me feel as most comfortable.
Thank You! I would definitely return back, and highly recommend this facility!

Terrible experience they are quick to take payment but not quick to help. Only 1 person there has been informative when asking questions. Just called again to be told, its the labs fault dental imprints are not in. Then when questioned about delay even though they took my money in seconds, was told very busy and short staffed. The one dentist there is very unprofessional and does not take even a minute to explain procedures going forward. I choose this office due to the good reviews. Wish i could say it was a good office unfortunately it is not.
