The only reason I have one star on there is because the receptionist was so very nice. The rest of the experience was the worst medical experience I have ever had. The doctor and the male nurse were unbelievably rude. I had a stillborn baby 2 years ago and am currently pregnant and felt uncomfortable with x-rays. The doctor actually made me feel bad about not getting x-rays, stuck a finger in my mouth and said that was all she could do without x-rays. I left in tears. Don't ever go here!!!!!!! Save yourself and your children the headache. Horrible.

Best dentist appointment I have ever had. I had not been to the dentist in 2 years due to moving around and getting my kids taken care of and no one made me feel anything but comfortable.

We made an appointment for my daughter to have a cleaning. When we arrived we informed the staff that my daughter's name changed due to adoption. They kept referring to her as her old name, even after multiple corrections. We heard one of the staff tell another staff that my daughter was using a fake name. Additionally, they did not do the cleaning bc they said they had used up all their supplies earlier in the day. I asked the reason that they made us come to an appointment that couldn't be completed. The girl at the front desk rolled her eyes at me sighing, like I was out of my mind for asking a logical question. She explained that the tools need to cleaned between patients. Another person from the back told me we didn't have a cleaning appointment, when that's what we asked for in the first place. We will not return.

Friendly and efficient. Cleaning - average, screening and x-ray - good. Not sure the rest. Would recommend.

The work is fine- the staff out front are great- but they do NOT have enough dentists! Hard to get things accomplished - because the time between appointments is so long- I've been waiting months to get partial dentures done.

I really had a bad experience. I came and for a denture mold and they put it in my mouth and it got stuck they actually had to cut it out my mouth now my upper top lip all around the government front it’s so sore so I wasn’t so pleased with my business this time then they didn’t mold me for my bottom part of my dentures kept saying it they didn’t have a order for it and it wasn’t approved and I said yes it was because I have the letter from the insurance company so when I went to the front desk they went back and told them so now I have to come back again to get them all done for the lower part of my mouth yes it was very unpleasant this visit

I feel as though my experience is the same as every other 1 star review.
1. Never answer phones.
2. Some staff are kind, there is one out front gal who is just down right rude.
3. Not enough help.
4. I got HAND FOOT MOUTH from here and when I tried to contact them about the outbreak they DIDNT ANSWER THE PHONES!!!
5. Misleading on information and vague with responses.
Please do not use them.

Felt like just a number , I had to switch because of insurance and not very happy with the service. No warm welcome and my teeth didn’t feel “clean” after leaving .I’m disappointed that I’m being “forced” to come here because of insurance also have called and left messages with no answer or response . Not happy with the service at all.

I give a star for the receptionists they were all so helpful. The doctor that seen my child was aggressively rude and disgustingly disrespectful. My child and I felt very discriminated against. The way she made my child feel at this visit was uncalled for. I will never go back or take my children here. This place is definitely not for my family.
