Tuan cleaned my teeth and did an amazing job. I literally hate the dentist and hadn’t been in a couple of years because of horrible experience. But the customer service was great and I felt NO PAIN! Thanks MINT. I already scheduled my 6 month appointment!!

Thank you Mint for my clean teeth!! Judy was my super awesome hygienist, whom took very good care of me. She was very well mannered and polite, and explained everything to me in a very simple and straightforward way. I will definitely request her again for my next cleaning! The office is very clean and easy on the eyes. Dr. kim did a great job!

I went in for a routine cleaning, was examined by the dentist who gave me a great report of no cavities yay me. The dentist came to inform me that the dental hygienist was running a bit behind schedule and if I didn't mind, she could perform my cleaning. Are you kidding me, I'd be honored. I was very pleased to hear the dentist would perform my cleaning. As I walked out I felt so privileged and thankful the dentist considered my time so I didn't sit idle waiting. The staff was great, everyone was very professional, top notch team. I'd recommend Mint Dentistry to everyone I know.

Loved Dr. Judie! She makes sure she doesn't miss a thing! The whole staff was great! Especially since I decided to come at the last minute. April did everything she could to work me in the same day!!! I recommend them 100%.

While the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable my overall visit did not meet my expectations this time around. This is my second visit at this office, for my first one it was very timely and professional. However, for totsy’s visit my appointment didn’t start until 40 minutes from it’s start time, no one informed me that they were behind in fact I had to ask the receptionist when would I be seen. There was no apology for the late start. The dentist and hygienist were both great. I also received a great review of my benefits and services needed as well as offered the amazing smile more program. My hope is that in the future my schedule is respected by adhering to the appointment time.

I've visited the Carrollton location twice and they have been pleasant experiences. I had a new patient exam (x-rays and cleaning) on 2-11-20 that took a long time but other than timing it was great. Tuan specifically is amazing. He's so polite and caring. He recognized me and so I'd like to praise his outstanding customer service. He guided me through my x-rays on my first visit and quickly took my measurements for a whitening tray on my second visit. The whitening trays were perfect and Tuan kept me updated on how much time was remaining. Thanks Tuan!

My last dental experience was a nightmare (Not at Mint). I'm so glad I came to this location today. They totally changed my perspective. Tomasa & Judy were very comforting, accommodating, and informative. I told them about my last experience and they went above and beyond to turn it around. The visit, customer service and quality of care I received today was exceptional! I highly recommend this location!
