Staff was very nice and efficient - took a bit longer then I expected, but it was a first visit so they were very thorough. The place is very clean and organized, also great use of technology - no paperwork, all done electronically. Rooms are equipped with TVs and you can chose to watch a movie, listen to music.... they certainly make you feel very comfortable.
Great experience, I will definitely be back!

Don’t do it. My spouse and I have both been seen 3 times since August although the office staff was great and office is clean we both had to return for bite adjustments, she’s fine I’m in the worst pain, pain I didn’t have beforehand never the less I received an email saying I was due a refund and it was being issued to a card I don’t own. So I contacted billing #3 on office recording the first rep was nice and said she needed to transfer. Well now the second rep the absolute worst I have spoken with ima long time. I work in the healthcare field and I would never. Not only did she tell me my wife had never been seen for services when she was just there Friday. She hung up on me. I did let the office know and I called back to get her name and was told they might not be able to tell who I spoke with. I managed call centers a long time and I know every call has an ID attached but okay. Right now I’m waiting on a call from Roland Supervisor in customer service. I don’t recommend anyone spend money to be treated this way.

I had an exceptional experience from the time I walked back to the treatment area Shavesia took good care of me. She was very knowledgeable and able to explain in detail every step of the way. My hygienist, Olive, was exceptional as well. She took her time and made sure that all of my concerns were met. The doctor was sweet too.

Today was my first visit at Mint Dentistry, and I absolutely loved everything! The new patient paperwork was super easy and the ladies at the front desk were so nice and helpful. Tuan cleaned my teeth today and also did the molds for my teeth whitening. He did a fabulous job and was great to talk with. He explained everything to me as he was working which definitely made me feel more comfortable! Overall, this is a great place and I'm so happy to be a patient here!

Same doctor that reviewed the scan with me did not help me with the reason I visited because she was leaving the office.
I made the worst mistake to try this location as I previously enjoyed great services at the closed Stacy and Las Colinas offices.
I got to the office and was quickly checked in. Got the usual scans and checks. Then the doctor checked scans and suggested the treatment needed. The office manager spoke to me about the bill and I agreed to go ahead with the treatment and also make payments. Then the wait started.
I waited for some time before a staff told me to come back for the treatment - even when I chose to pay out of pocket for those services. I asked why and I was told doctor was leaving.
I will never go there again nor advise anyone I love to. Mint - Las Colinas is not far If you care about quality services.

Hands down the best dental experience I have ever had! Dr. Kim and her staff were very friendly, thorough, and professional. I didn't feel rushed or the slightest bit of discomfort. My hygienist Makai was super knowledgeable and gave me great insight on how to better care for my teeth. Big thanks to Petra and Sid!

I enjoyed the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff. They have TVs in each room with Netflix and Pandora options as well as massaging chairs. They are willing to worn out payment plans with you as well.
Will definitely recommend them to anyone.

I called they made the appointment the same day. They didn’t keep me in the waiting area long, or in the back. They took very good care of me and explained everything in detail to me. Everyone was nice and the building was very clean.
