The service is great but this is the 3rd time I have come to this location and they wait until I am in the chair with instruments in my mouth to tell me there is a co-pay. They change my cleaning to a periodontal cleaning without asking me or advising of the cost. I felt blind sided and this is not how to do business. The last time this happened I complained to the customer experience line and they ignored my complaints.

This was one of the best dentist I’ve been too! They really treat you nice, front desk staff, and all the dental staff are amazing! Had to come back to get my filling and Dr. Botros was great! Along with his assistant Alex who assisted! Even the first time I went it was awesome! The massage chair are a bonus! I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to see a dentist!

Ok I'm no dentist. However, I felt like I was being upsold. According to my dentist, I don't have any cavities. According to my dentist I don't need a deep cleaning. So I don't know who is right. I do know that I take care of my teeth as I have my entire life. They said I need deep cleaning because of heavy tartar build up.... Correct me if I'm wrong but hot and cold drinks should hurt if I had heavy tartar build up. I'm eating a giant otter pop as I write this lol. Staff was very friendly, so was Doctor Z. However it feels like a commission based place where you are constantly trying to be sold something. I think I'll stick to my old non corporate dentist. Like I said friendly staff but I didn't feel the trust end of it. How do I have cavities that won't show up on x-ray? It was a bit fishy.

The overall experience was great! Not only can I listen to Taylor Swift while getting my teeth cleaned, but the service and staff are all incredible. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. They made sure I didn't have any pain and communicated with me throughout the whole process. Very happy and I will be back!! Thank you again!
