I loved my experience at MINT Dentistry. Samari made me feel so comfortable and really took the edge off my appointment jitters. The facility is very clean and sterile. I love the decor as well. It’s so nice being able to watch Netflix while my dental needs are being met. I’ll definitely be back!

I'm the type of person who finds it relaxing having their teeth cleaned. The doctor preformed the exam and answered all my questions. The hygienist did an excellent job. Plus, I enjoyed having Pandora on during my visit. Thanks guys.

Honestly, it was a welcoming experience from the time I entered in and was greeted at the door. The location in Carrollton (North Dallas) made me feel at ease with my teeth whitening. They offered me water, tablet, beats headphones Netflix, Pandora, and almost everything they could offer to pass the time while I was getting my teeth whitened. The chairs were super comfortable too! Mint's greatness started right at the door!! Thanks Judy for everything!!!! Definitely will recommend to my friends and family.

I love MINT in Carrollton! Jenn is the best hygienist I have ever had. She is quick but thorough and soooo nice and friendly. She has the best personality. Everyone at this location is helpful and extremely friendly. Best dentist visit we’ve ever had!

Got me scheduled for a routine cleaning. I waited for over an hour to even see the dentist then they said we had to reschedule bc they were now closed as of 10 minutes before. 🙄 Never coming back here.

Gave my insurance 10 days prior to my first appointment and had to wait an hour for them to verify when I got to my appointment. On my follow-up appointment I was told that the agreed upon service from my first visit could not be performed and that the dentist that said it could be was no longer there (I went two weeks later). Extremely frustrating. Not sure how the same office can agree to a service and then say they won't provide it. I did speak with the office manager who said I could come back the following week and they could perform the procedure if I wanted to sign a waiver. I don't trust their dentist enough to ever go back.

My son and I went to Mint Dentistry for the very first time a few months ago. I did like how the building was clean and nicely decorated. The front desk staff were very friendly. My issue was the staff in the back as well as the dentist I saw. The staff talked about things that were inappropriate to discuss in front of me and my 9 year old son. I felt very uncomfortable with the way they would laugh and whisper to each other as I was getting my teeth cleaned. I tried to put on a happy face for my son so he would feel comfortable. The appointment was very rushed but they are quick to take your money. The dental hygienist was rough and didn't care that I told him my teeth were sensitive. The dentist was rude and rushed the visit he didn't explain anything. I was told I would need to have a few procedures done. I asked if I would be numbed before they put a needle in my gums I was told NO. Overall I would not go to this location ever again.
