Even though I get texts to leave a review every time I visit, I decided to wait a few weeks. I went in here, based on the good reviews, just to have my regular cleaning. I was told to do a filing. I did and have been back there 2 times for the same filling. My gums have been bleeding. Itโs been 2 months and theyโre still bleeding, and each time I come in to fix their issue, they bill my insurance. Iโm no dentist but In the past, Iโve had fillings and a crown on this same tooth, and it was never bleeding afterwards. I canโt eat fish, chicken or any type of meat because my gums hurt like crazy and it gives me headaches. Iโve been using the oral rinse they prescribed, it hasnโt gotten better. Iโve run out and had to get a rinse off the counter. Before any procedure, they make you sign a waiver not to accept responsibility for any aftereffects. Now I know why. I have to find another dentist because Iโm worried the bleed will cause bacteria to build in my gums.

Every employee at this location was so nice and so helpful! I had a really great experience and that is saying a lot since I'm always trying to stay away from a dental office.
Dr.Catherine Castillo was magnificent!! She was so gentle, patient and kind because I'm a mess when I'm at the dentist. Dr. Castillo was also very thorough and very fast while working on my teeth, I so loved that!!
I would and will recommend her to everyone I know!
Thank you everyone for making my dental visit so pleasant!

Friendly, professional, informative and competent. I had two crowns done (the two on each side of my front teeth) and Dr. Lee was able to match my natural color perfectly. This is a very hard task and a dentist I went to prior was not able to get it correct. I highly recommend this dentist. The location in Magnolia is awesome too. I will never go to another dentist again!

The experience at Floss Dental (Milan Street) was amazing. I needed a dentist in Texas due to the destruction caused back home by Hurricane Ida. Iโm so glad I came here. They treated me like family as soon as I walked through the doors. Everyone had great energy. Joe did a great job with my crown and it took him no time at all. ๐ช๐พ I give them all a 10 out of 10, highly recommend!๐ค

First of all I absolutely love the care, professionalism and attention to details exhibited by all of the staff. My congratulations to the husband and wife team who own and operate this clinic for assembling such a skilled and courteous team.
I truly appreciate Joe, the talented and entertaining dental sculptor in-house. On multiple occasions heโs made custom modifications for my crowns with speed, accuracy and a smile!
Thank you Floss Midtown for treating me like a king and my girlfriend like a Queen.

During my first visit at Floss Dental, a treatment plan consisting of two dental implants and Invisalign was developed, a total cost was determined, and payment arrangements were made. I made a $5000 deposit and arranged monthly payments. Over a year later, after my payments were complete and I was halfway during Invisalign treatment, I received a surprise bill for $2700. Kristen Prein (the billing coordinator) informed me this was due to an error she made setting up my payment plan, resulting in me being under-billed. I ultimately paid this bill and was assured I was paid in full. After completing Invisalign, the office stopped answering all emails and phone calls regarding scheduling my final surgery for my dental implant. It took several months to schedule an appointment. When I arrived, front desk staff requested $2500 and argued with me when I said I had paid in full. They ultimately checked my account and confirmed I was correct. After instructing me to take four antibiotics and entirely numbing my mouth, Dr. Michael Tran decided I was too "nervous" for surgery and needed sedation, so he refused to finish my surgery. A few days later, Kristen tells me that the front desk had made a mistake and that I still owed $565, but she said I had a $500 credit on my account and would only owe $65. Given the previous billing issues, I asked her to confirm in writing that $65 would be my final payment. After ignoring my request for a week, I contacted Dr. Tran directly. I received a response from Kristen immediately after contacting him, informing me that I had never paid for my implants at all and owed $3500. This practice is very predatory and unethical. There are countless 5-star reviews that appear fake when you read them, but if you look at the 1-star reviews, there are many stories similar to mine. What disturbs me the most is that Dr. Tran had me take four antibiotics and completely numbed my mouth with no intention of performing surgery. Kristen tried to convince me I would only owe $65 so that I'd complete my implant and then become entrapped with a bill for over $3000 that could be sent to collections if I refused to pay. These people are dangerous and predatory. I have never left a review like this before, but the whole experience has felt so violating and traumatizing that it felt necessary to warn potential consumers before Floss does more harm to the Midtown community.
