Floss Dental of Houston Midtown

It was very easy to schedule my new patient appointment, I emailed with the receptionist(who was so friendly and personable!) to find the best time for me. I filled out paperwork online, making it a quick check in at my appointment. Also, let me say, this office is beautiful! Lighting, seating and wall decor is pleasing to the eye and comfortable at the same time.
The staff was great! They actually took the time to talk with me and get to know me and guide me through the process. The doctor explained my x-rays and came up with the best treatment plan. The assistants were friendly and on top of their work.
I will definitely be back and recommending family and friends. I have dental insurance but they have very reasonable cash prices as well!

I was seen on an emergency after going through my regular DDS & 3 other dental offices. No one could help me. The other dental offices said they can see me and treat me, same day, much to my surprise when I arrived at their office they were unable to help me. They just collected an office visit, gerrr!

I called this location, let them know my situation - they worked me into their schedule, seen me and treated me all in two hours. They were busy with other patients but they worked me in and took great care of me.
They were a life saver.

I cannot express how wonderful this dental office is. Everyone is super nice and very informative. There are one hidden agendas.

I have been with my regular dentist for about 6 years and I'm sorry but loyalty works both ways.

I usually don’t write reviews but I couldn’t not after my amazing appointment yesterday! I opted for the SRP deep cleaning with the lasers… I was a little nervous because of the cost but WOW, I can not recommend this enough! I literally could not stop staring at how pretty my teeth looked yesterday!! And the staff is SO very sweet… they make a daunting visit feel comfortable! Thank you Dr. Dang, Maura and the tech/staff for my shiny smile.

I called due to pain and unable to get an appt with my dentist. They scheduled me within hours. This location is great for the medical center and have locations all over town. The staff and doctors were amazing. The facility was neat and loved the decor.

It's truly a great new dental experience for me. I went in for a check up and a cleaning, and I was very pleased with the services I've received. Dr. Tran was very thorough with his exam and be able to explain and address all my dental concerns. Ms. Annie the hygienist did a great job on my cleaning. Awesome experience! I’m usually super nervous, scared and possibly terrified of going to the dentist but at the Midtown location all the workers were amazingly friendly and that helped me to be calm. Lovely interior design and very high tech. I was happy to learn about dental hygiene and was given great tips. Very professional and educated as they explained my future procedures. Overall a very good first visit. Will continue going.

I've been to all of Dr. Trans locations and I must have to say they are all great. I had full mouth upper and lower crowns put in and I couldn't be happier. They absolutely look terrific. The work that Dr.Tran, his team and Joe put into my new smile shows and everybody in the office has been so attentive during the quick process. There is a reason why Dr. Tran is considered to be one of the best in the industry and is why I came to him to get my whole mouth restored. Couldn't be happier with the results! What a great experience we had at Floss. I have taken my son to many dentist. And not ever did I left without them teeth shaming my son. I know very well he tries his best to take care of his teeth. Coming to floss meeting Dr. William for the first time felt very welcoming. Not only was he friendly but also he can relate to teenagers. It was what we are looking for. Yes I could have choose. In dentist closer to my home in Richmond. But the drive here was worth it. My son felt great about himself and confidently. No teeth problems Vs. other dentist out there would just tries to make an upsell. Kristen the reception was also wonderful accommodating. I’m about experience and making someone feel confident when it comes to dental group I want to support. Thank you FLOSS. Also Dan king for the wonderful recommendation. Also the cleanliness of this place during this time was outstanding. Keep up the good work.

Amazing experience from start to finish! The girl who scheduled my appointment was very knowledgeable and patient. I was able to get scheduled within a timely manner (a week) for a routine exam for me and my child. Both appointments were back to back and we shared the same exam room! That alleviated a lot of the anxiety we both had. The dentist was very personable and friendly. She took her time and discussed everything thoroughly. She even went as far as doing my cleaning herself because she said the hygienist was busy and she didn’t want me to wait any longer. I’m so glad I found this place.
