I love this place! The staff is always sooooo pleasant and inviting and not to mention, I love love love the interior design! Very modern and sleek! Just dress warm because it's always freezing but they will give u a blanket too! I love u guys ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great experience so far at this location. Kristen, the office/business manager has been extremely helpful, patient, and pleasant to work with. I can be a little needy, and she has handled me with the utmost level of customer service and grace. She has gone above and beyond what I feel is probably her actual responsibility, and I could not be happier or more grateful for her willingness to assist me with all of my requests. Floss should consider themselves lucky to have such a representative. Thank you again, looking forward to treatment at this location and will be referring all of my friends and family.

Everyone was super professional and kind. They were very knowledgeable and the facility was very welcoming. I love that they have a tv on the ceiling for the easily distracted patients like me lol. The service was really thorough as well. You can tell their standards are very high, yet have a down to earth feel. Would highly recommend 👍

Would not recommend this place. Spend over 25 min getting xray. Spent less than 10 min cleaning with the worst cleaning I have ever had and did not verify my insurance prior to my appointment. So had to pay out of pocket.
Its super fancy with TV on ceiling and fancy xrays. You will get appointment quick but make sure you are covered.

I was very pleased with my experience at Floss Dental-I’ve been to two locations (Magnolia and Midtown) and I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the modern decor, and the time Dr. Tran took to go over all my treatment options. I am very happy with my results and how quickly I was able to achieve straight teeth! I will be going back for all of my checkups from now on and happily refer my family and friends!!

Super clean. Staff was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Parking was a bit strange, having to walk from the back alley to the front door. Over all they made going to the dentist painless! The tv's on the ceiling really help take your mind away from getting your teeth checked. I look forward to my next visit!
