The dental assistants here are very unprofessional. They have special doctors that visit each month for different treatments the other staff is incapable of. I have had to deal with murmuring and complaining so much because the staff refuses to help the visiting doctors. Even though (Visiting Drâs) they donât have access let alone know where to locate the necessary tools for their treatments on this particular clinics patients. Just total disregard for responsibility and work in general. The actual Dr. Amara, Anuradha is terrible on time management. As a receptionist you have to be the face to the company and therefore scheduling appointments dealing with rescheduling verifying insurances etc etc. Yet the Dr is never there even though she knows the schedule and still doesnât come in some patients wait and after being told to reschedule just never come back. She normally wouldnât arrive til about noon or so. She also would come to the front and cancel upcoming appointments because she is just flat out lazy or is not getting paid enough for the treatment so she just blows it off. Poor attitude and service unfortunately you have to deal with and relay to the patient. I got in trouble for making a comment about her sleeping which she does on the job frequently. I will never understand when some people apply for jobs or join a career and you simply donât like it. The job nor the patients itâs really sad. The manager was great in fact too great of a person that these girl constantly took advantage of and played victim with just complete narcissistic behavior. Iâm glad I chose to leave because it wouldâve cost me a few days in jail. That bad and the staff is definitely messy and problematic I donât do well with high school drama. Letâs not like her bc sheâs the new girl type behavior lol The job was easy but the staff really messed everything up. Turn around was bad as well for this exact reason. The girl I replaced confided in me that she was leaving because of this same issue. They start all this drama and put all the weight of it onto you. Dealing with upset patients and children who obviously need treatment. If your insurance wonât cover pain relief they will NOT help you. Iâve had to endure the sounds of crying, screaming children and adults who were in pain because of this negligence and inconsiderate behavior. They will never have to deal with the customer service part of the job YOU DO and you will reap the consequences of their actions. Nobody can deal with that much negativity on a daily basis.

Creo k este sitio no se merece ni una estrella mi niño tenia cita hoy alas 9 y resulta que cuando llego segun ellos no tenian ningun registro en sus computadoras y la quesque secretaria despotsa la chamaca y aparte en su hora de trabajo platikando por celular para que le cambiaran la cama de su cuarto a otro lugar pecima atencio no los recomiendo

The ineptitude and unprofessionalism of the manager Tae James is unbelievable. They charge for services not completed even though you explicitly say you do NOT want them. When you ask for them to explain what it is that you are receiving treatment for, the manager has to call someone else to explain as he has no idea, even though he is the one charging you. I kept trying to fix this with the manager but he completely ignores your requests to fix the charges hoping it will go away on its own and tells you not to worry about it. I disputed the charge with my dental insurance and they have the audacity to provide âproofâ to the insurance saying they did. Since I never paid for them, this has now affected my credit.
La ineptitud y la falta de profesionalismo en los servicios de el manager Tae James es inaseptable! He tenido una muy mala experiecencia con esta compania de dentista por culpa de esta persona. Me hicieron un prespuesto de varias cosas que supuestamente necesitaba y solo me hicieron unas por que oviamente no las ocupaba, pero si me lo cobraron todo. Apartir de ese momento ha sido todo un calvario tratar de llegar a un acuerdo con el. Cuando he hido a verlo, el dice que ya lo resolvio, pero como no pague la diferencia de dichos servicios que no hicieron, ya llego al punto que danaron mi credito
