Brident Dental & Orthodontics

Visited in Sep'21. Received an estimate of approx $4000 Out of pocket fir me and my husband. Obviously, we didn't get anything other than X-Rays done from here.

Only waited about 5 minutes in the waiting room. The staff was very friendly and patient; answering all of my questions. The hygienist and dentist were both informative and kind. I will definitely be going back.

C- Experience very unprofessional the Dr. taking advice from one of the employees that was cleaning up getting ready to close. The customer does not care if they are closing I arrived 30 min early and if the Dr. says one thing the employee has no business putting her nose where is not called for especially in front of the customer. I moved all my childrens, myself, and mother to Smiley Dental in Irving on Nursery. Above and behond with their professionalism.

First time I decide to take my kids to a new dental office an choose this office reason being its close to our house, well worst decision ever. The staff is to immature, rude and worst of all the staff constantly are having conversations about there personal life in-front of all patients. All rating are from months ago or over a year old most resent ones are not good at all. As a parent I recommend no one to take there kids to this dental office. Front staff are very rude when sighing in, they are not explaining the process they just scream out patients name pass back to xray room then just walk right threw waiting area without informing parents where our kids are going or what will be next. The doctor is very inpatient with kids she does does go over treatment recommendations but staff says other wise and right off they get you to reschedule treatment, and cleaning doctor is very rude all they where doing was having conversations in Spanish. The only staff member who was very sweet was one dental assistant think I heard staff call her Vivi.

Its a trashy office because of staff, there are many dental offices please think twice before going to South Texas Dental.

The dentist that took care of me, I felt like she didn't try to accomodate to my work schedule. & was told that I needed to be at the time she said because she would be more consentrated and prepare for my treatment! Which I felt that was very unprofessional. Last visit it was very bad done due to having a lot of brucing in my gums.

I was really amazed how much effort these professionals put in to make my daughter feel comfortable. She's 4 and this was her first EVER visit to the dentist. She watches YOUTUBE...LOL. You can best believe those videos did nothing for her. She wants to go back now. I wont take my children back to anywhere they don't feel comfortable. I'll travel the world to find the BEST. Thank God, The BEST was just right up the street at South Texas Dental located in Irving Heights.

Pay attention and pay them a visit, your receipt will be the beautiful smile they put on YOUR childs
face.

This place is terrible. Had an appointment and still waited 2 hours to be called!!! And this is not the first time this has happened. I won't be coming back!!!!!

Other than the long wait, I had a good experience. Dr. Mayfield was awesome.So he was pretty much worth the wait. He and his staff were sooo much better than what I experienced with Dossett Dental. He was very informative and even recommended me to a specialist since he was booked. I appreciate him for that because even the specialist was great. I do look forward to seeing Dr. Mayfield again. I would highly recommend anyone to check it out.
