I took my 8 year old daughter in to get some treatment done and the staff was absolutely amazing! The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The Dental assistant who took her X-rays is great at explaining the process and he made it easier for her to understand. The whole process was smooth and the pricing was decent. My daughter did cry towards the end but Bracie, one is the assistants helped calm her down by singing to her and helping her with breathing exercises. I really appreciate her going out of her way to calm her down. I will definitely be returning and recommend them for anyone who needs to get dental work done.

Horrible place of business. I sat in the waiting area for 2 hours and I was only getting an exam. Meanwhile the desk attendant ladies sat behind the counter and laughed and giggled their toes off the whole entire time I waited.

~ EDIT My wife made appointments for both my sons and I. Suddenly they can't confirm my son's insurance. They just called to confirm my insurance for my appointment tomorrow because they don't have any records for me and could I please give my insurance to confirm. They call back a few minutes later to tell me that I have no dental insurance. I laugh and laugh. They just lost 4 customers and 4 stars
These guys are great. Everyone is very friendly and excellent at their jobs.

Very nice staff, always very helpful in explaining everything to me when it came to the procedures I was having. Carmela and Javier at the front counter are always very good at rescheduling me for my routine teeth cleanings. I admire the professionalism of Rosie and Dr. Yu there, he was very gentle and i had no pain after leaving from my last visit. Thank you all at South Texas Dental for making my visits always a pleasure. I have definately recommended you guys to all my friends and family! This shall be the only dentistry place I come to from now on!

Great friendly service! Thank you Dr Kelly Kim for that extraction! I was seen at the time of my appointment! No long waits, and the entire staff is very courteous and professional. The procedures were explained to me in detail and how to take care of my teeth after the procedures was very informative! I will be returning to this location for my routine teeth cleanings and checkups from now on! Thank you South Texas Dental of Irving!

I enjoy coming to this location! The staff and dentists are great! They are always fun , friendly, and make me feel welcomed and valued. Everything from the procedure to the cost is explained thoroughly and that makes me feel at ease when I have my visits .

The staff was very friendly and got me out of there really fast! I didnt have insurance but was able to get work down by being a part of their payment program which also discounts the prices for a starting fee of 30$. So I got an exam for 30$ and a front filling for 160. Their prices beat everyone else I called! I WILL BE GOING BACK

They are very unprofessional they just in business to get the PPE Loan. They gave me the run around about a clearance letter to my Dr. and what type of business fax machine be down for 30 days smh y’all need to be shut down. Then when I called to make a complaint they hung up in my face so I will be posting y’all on the better business bureau website and making a complaint their to.

This location is amazing! Rosie and Claudia always take really good care of me and go above and beyond to make the dental experience as painless as possible. The front desk staff is super friendly as well. Valerie greets every paitient with a smile.

Called at 2:30 on a Saturday because my 3-year-old daughter was crying that her chipped tooth hurt. They worked me in despite normally closing at 3:30, and said they were willing to stay late to treat her if necessary. Dr. looked at her X-ray and said nothing was injured and that the chip was not worth the cost of fixing as it posed no danger to the tooth and the filling would likely get bumped off. I was impressed by her honesty. They also only charged me $30 prior to insurance instead of the stated $69 because the doctor did not do a full exam. Multiple team members went out of their way to treat my daughter kindly and she got 2 balloons after, which she loved! Friendly, fast, and minimalist! I wasn't a regular here before, but I will be coming back.
